      Very disappointing experience. After being reschedule from the week before John the owner schedule a team to complete my theater room for fabric track and install of my panels. John did not have a scope of work which I asked for numerous times and we reviewed the scope of work from the first initial consult. Install team comes tells me they can't install my diffuser panels which was discussed from the start. John made every excuse not to install it without letting me know he scheduled his install team to a different location and left me hanging. I also told him I had no problem installing it myself only to hear John the owner say tough luck your problem. Anyone looking to deal with this company or receive a recommendation from ********** be careful they don't have a scope of work nor did he send me a final invoice. I now have a disappointed family that was excited after this pandemic to get the theater room finished.
