I made an appointment with these people a few months back I went for my initial appointment x-rays all of the initial workup because I have back and knee problems and I was told that they could help me with Chiropractic issues which was great. The doctor ************ also wanted me to start a cleanse program with her which would have cost me about $800 out of pocket and I told her that I could not afford to do that at the time that I just needed help with my back problems.I guess maybe at that point I should have known she would have no interest in helping me. I would have a few sessions and told me that I had to get authorized for more. I reached out to my insurance company which told me that I did not need any authorization. Her office told me that they have to go through their own company who does authorizations. They gave me a couple more visits which helped and of course told me I had to be reauthorized again now I'm totally back in pain nobody will reach out to me nobody will answer my phone calls text messages. They are only open until noon during the week so I can't even go pop in to see if I can get an answer. This is totally unethical Behavior as a patient I am not getting care and now I am in worse pain than I was when I started. Now I've used 10 of my allotted visited through my insurance company and now I have to start the whole process over again with somebody new and will not have any of these visits to use.
