    On 1/1/2025 I purchased 9 pairs of socks. The only option was standard shipping and I received it for free because I spent enough money to qualify. After a few days I finally recieved a tracking number that stated on 1/2 it was creating a label. It stayed thay way until 1/13. On 1/10 I emailed Rockem Socks to ask for status because there was no change. Finally, on 1/15 they responded stating that the information on the **** website has changed, which i knew already because I was checking it. It took them 5 days to tell something I already knew. The new delivery date said 1/18 but here I am on the 19th waiting. The new date says 1/21. I would like my money returned if possible.

    The customer service is absolutely awful! No phone number so you have to solely rely on email responses that take weeks. I originally reached out for a return label on January 2nd but there was a glitch in the system and an error in getting my label. One week later I get a response saying this issue was resolved and to try again instead of just sending me the label. I went back in and it said the item was already returned so I couldnt get the label. Emailed them again. Its January 13th with no label and no response. So my window is closing for being able to return this item.

    I ordered size S/*********** What the Camo socks online from this company after Christmas. They were a birthday gift for my sister in ***************, **. She is a very small female and I am always careful about sizing for her. When I received the order confirmation e-mail and noticed that they said it was size L/XL, I immediately attempted to contact them to let them know the wrong size haad been ordered. I received an email that the complaint was received and they would get back to me later. More than a week later I received another e-mail that item was shipped. When I contacted them again, after several days, I received another e-mail that they couldn't catch the item before it was shipped. Had they addressed the issue when I first contacted them, there should have been no problem. My sister received the item and they are of course way too big. I have since received an email stating that if we return the item for exchange, they will send the correct item right out. I am requesting they send the correct item first, then we will send wrong item back. Due to the quality of customer service received thus far, iy seems risky to send back the wrong item with no guarantee the correct one will be sent. a quality company would send out the correct originally ordered item. We are honest people and will send back the wrong size, unable to be used item, upon receipt of the correct item.

    I purchased an item from Rock Em Socks on 12/27/24. I have not received any communication since with an update about shipping, a tracking number, anything. I contacted them via ********************** on the 6th and I also reached out via their web support form on the 8th. I have received two auto generated messages in response that say someone will be in touch soon, with no response from anyone about my order. This is starting to feel like a scam, and I want an update on my order or a refund from this company. Preferably an update because this item was a gift.

    On 12/15 I placed an order for $76.74. I received no updates on this order after confirmation. I contacted the business on 12/23 for any update. I received no response. I contacted the business on 12/29 for an update. I received no response. I placed a dispute with my credit card company and finally received a response after my credit card company got involved. On 1/3 the company reached out and said it looks like my order should "ship soon" but if I wanted to cancel the order "just let us know." The same day I responded and asked for them to cancel the order. Four days later on 1/7 I get an alert saying my item shipped. When I click it, it says it is in "preshipment" the label is made but **** has not been given the package. Then on 1/8, five days after I asked for it to be canceled, they emailed and stated it can't be canceled.

    On 12/13/24 I ordered socks and underwear totaling $100. I received a confirmation on 12/13/24 indicating they received my order. I emailed them on 12/27 asking where my order was- they responded on 12/30/24 saying it was expected to ship soon. on 1/6/25 I emailed again and have yet to hear back. I feel that their customer service is lacking. I might be able to understand longer production times if there was more prompt communication.

    I have sent three emails with no response. I placed an order on Dec 18th of 2024. I ordered 10 pairs of socks and 7 pairs of underwear costing me a total of $347.83. They have not shipped and its been almost 3 weeks. I feel I have given them more than ample time to respond to my emails or ship which neither have happened. This is theft. I have placed many orders with them and this wait nor lack of response has never occurred. I can see a lot of people over the holiday season had the same issue.

    I placed an order on 12/15/24 for two pairs of boxers for a Christmas gift. I paid $47.83 and an additional $5.95 for shipping. I have tried to contact the companys customer service twice and received an automated response stating I would be contacted by someone from their team. I havent received any communication and there has been no sign of my order which was intended to be a Christmas gift. The money was deducted from my bank account the same day the order was confirmed.

    My order number is ******* placed pn 11/30/2024. It was in the amount of *****. The was a Christmas gift. There was a label created but it never shipped. I emailed the company on 12/16/2024. I did not hear back from them until 12/19/2024 where they said they were going to check with production team and would resend within 24 hours if it wasnt made. Then asked to switch products because I missed the gift window for one of the products of what I bought it for. No communication back from them in that regard. I emailed on 12/19 and also on 12/23 with no response. Then on 12/31 they emailed me disregarding my request and said that they could resend the order or issue a full refund. I emailed back I wanted a full refund since nothing arrived on time and this is after Christmas. Now the order is showing up today and I do not want the products. Im not allowed to return underwear and do not want them.

    I ordered some socks and some underwear for my son via their online site. I got an email confirming my order and the amount that was charged to my credit card And said I would receive a tracking number when my order shipped. Its been over three weeks and my order still has not shipped. I have tried contacting the organization through their website two times each time it said I would hear back from a representative and I have yet to hear back from anyone. They have no phone number to call and no way to track an order status.They were supposed to be delivered to ******* as part of my sons Hanukkah gift and now I need it redirected back home since it never showed up and I also need the tax refunded since we dont tax in ************
