On September 10, 2024, HF Holdings Inc ( Respondent) , entered into a consent order with the State of Minnesota Department of Commerce. The consent order is based on the allegation that the Respondent engaged in unlicensed debt collection agency activities in violation of Minn. State 332.33, subd 1 ( 2022). Under the consent order the business agreed to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $10,000 to the State of Minnesota.
