  Last October 2021, I was on my computer it started blaring sirens & flashing lights came on my screen, I was warned not to turn of my computer & call the number on my screen, I called the number, I spoke with someone in ******* who said I have been hacked not knowing I let them worked on my computer. At the end I was offered for security services & support for 5 yrs. for $1066 10/19/21. I agreed and sent the check to ************. I was talking to **** Hat, ***** ****. On Oct. 2022 rec'd notification that virus was detected & compromised since I had contract for 5 yrs. he gave me the ** addresses who were trying to get in. I wrote check for $3686.19 to TECHIS on 10/15/22. And then I was offered life time of service for $8014 for 3 installment 10/23/23, 11/23/23, 12/23/23 by ****** ******.. Since then every month I was getting calls for tune up. Starting July 2024 could not reach anyone. I was able to contact in August I asked that nobody were answering he said there was a fire, this person was in ***. Since September 2024 , now in October I am getting reminder but all the numbers that was given to me is not working and the people I spoke earlier times their numbers are not working getting message from ******* 'the number you dialed can not be completed check the number and dial again. Unfortunately I can not upload the receipts and contract. Thank You BBB. ****** *****

  Last October 12th while I was working on my computer, blaring sirens and flashing lights came on my screen. I was warned not to turn off my computer and call a phone number. I spoke to someone in Orlando, Florida who said I had been hacked. I did unknowingly let them on my computer, and they worked on it for a few hours. At the end they informed me that they could protect my laptop and every other device on my wifi. I was given a choice of plans but since we will be closing our business in three years or so I decided to go with a four year plan. I thought the cost was high ($988.07) but they told me all of my devices and email had been use for pornographic sites. I guess I should have know when they needed a check (which I now was told) to have my account numbers) Every month from then to now they "cleaned up" my computer for no additional charge. Skip ahead to this week. I called in to have my computer checked and they informed me that someone had tried to steal my identity. They said they would block it but instead of keeping it for 20 mins they had it for over 24 hours. when they called me back they started talking about additional costs and I became leery. They insisted on having an answer within an hour. Needless to say, I was upset and hung up I was told three plans with "Senior Citizens" discount the plan for three years for $2899. I called my brother-in-law who lives next door and he looked up the company on BBB site and saw they had a D+ rating. I blocked their calls (5 in a row within 5 mins) they also called my husband's phone which showed up as a spam call. My brother-in-law read complaints in depth and said that they offer a refund and steal from your bank account I have changed my account and will have my pension sent to a savings account. I'm afraid I was an idiot because I have been told that they probably caused the sirens in the first place. The company name is Sky Web IP security (888-326-9240) I do have documents
