      This lawyer Shelley Kaye Hogue, terminated my case upon my complaint to them before even going to court. They never returned my money paid in full of $2500 +$ 600 ancilleray fee= $3200. Attorney also permitted her nonlawyer staff to give legal advice to the complainant, This attorney representation includes prohibited file set up fee of $600.00. The fee agreement also includes paragraph regarding the ancillary services of Reliance Realty Services and Attorney Credit Services (ACS) that were established by the founders of Sun Coast Law. The fee agreement includeds a provision the client authorizes Sun Coast law to share the client’s contact information with Attorney Credit Services. The fee agreement did not fully disclose respondent’s relationship with the ancillary services. ACS is owned by respondent’s husband, who is also an attorney. The fee agreement did not disclose that the owner of ACS is respondent’s spouse. 

    Attorney Credit Services, LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
