  This business has the single worst customer service I have ever encountered, has failed to honor its agreements, and it is in material breach of contract. I paid 200 dollars to have a profile written in late September. I purchased the premium package which included advice and unlimited profile photo review. About ten days later I received a first draft of the profile. **** apologized for the delay, seeming to imply that this was a long time. Yet that was nothing compared to the stonewalling that followed. By his own published guarantee, the profile is not finished until the customer is happy with it. The profile had several problems and I was not happy with it. I expressed my specific concerns by email on multiple occasions and once by phone, and gave detailed notes. Yet no matter what I said about it, or how I attempted to resolve the issues, I have incredibly been met with nothing but silence from this company. All these months later then, my profile is still not finished, and I have lost any reason to believe my profile ever will be finished. A profile is primarily the reason I hired a company called ProfileHelper. **** and ProfileHelper are in material breach of contract, and I am *********** a refund. I will require at least the return of 100 dollars so that I can pay someone else to write my profile. As I explained to ****, the profile is not usable because it contains several material inaccuracies that simply do not reflect me. I received some advice and smaller sections completed, so I will not request a full refund. I will also forego my contractual right to unlimited photo review. A refund is the only path forward now as I would not remotely trust this company to adhere to any type of schedule to complete my profile if it were to suddenly break its total silence and offer to do so. It has no intention to honor its agreements. False guarantees like this business offers probably deserve to be investigated, but I will settle for a refund.

  This company is to write copy for personal dating profile. He did not deliver and I have tried to contact them several time. to no avail. I paid $300 for this service. And at this time even if he delivers it is to late. this was needed last week. *****************************************************************************************************************

  Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/07) */ I am receiving this complaint on 4/7/22. The matter was handled privately with the client on 3/23. I was able to explain to him that I was a couple of days behind due to illness. We immediately refunded all of the client's cost, but offered him the completed work (which was already done) at a $100 discount. He told us that he would still love to get them and then he completed a partial re-order of the service. He was sent both of the profiles that he was waiting for (his third was completed during the consultation). He requested one additional change to part of his order. It was completed and he emailed us back on 4/1/22 with the message "cool. thx man. appreciate." There was a lapse in communication due to illness, but the client was taken care of, his services were completed and he was given a $100 discount on his original purchase price.
