      I have not heard anything from no one since my interview. I paid my 1200.00, sent in all the paperwork you requested, and had a phone interview in 10/2021 and never heard back from anyone. No letter, email, text, or phone call. This is ridiculous to not hear nothing from you. You got my money so either take care of things or return it. This is the second time this scam has found me. I got refunded from the first scam after the court settled that mess. Maybe that is what needs to happen here. Attorneys and the court system needs to set in and give us back our money. Can't trust anyone any more. What a sad time we are living in.

      I gave Relyonpinpoint $1500.00 for student loan relief in 2021 and I tried contacting them - their phone number has been disconnected. I would like a full refund as my student loan has not been updated.

      I was contacted by rely on pinpoint representative a little over a year ago.. They promised that my students loans would be forgiven after paying upfront cost of $1750. They told me that it could take upwards from a year to two years for my loans too be forgiven. They seemed like a legitimate business based on information they provided me at that time. I've been trying to contact them for at least 6 months and had no luck. It seems after reading the different reviews and complaints from other people having similar issues that they are a skam and not sure how to go about getting my money back for a service I never received

      I hired rely on pinpoint to help with my student loans. I have not heard a word about my case. I have tried to contact pinpoint numerous times but I get a busy signal or another company. I feel as though I have be a victim of fraud. There is no way for me to contact them and now my loans are being moved.

      This company called with advertisements to assist with qualifying for government assisted loans to reduce my college loans. It was to be $1200 for the assistance and I paid over $750 and found the reviews were getting worse. I contacted the company to receive a refund for monies paid as they were not providing the expected services. Upon speaking with representatives I would receive a canned "I will speak to my manager and get back to you". After which I did not receive a call. Each time I have contacted the company sense they will answer and immediately disconnect the call. I have been unable to recoup my funds or even speak to someone in a management position. This company fraudulently lured me using the pandemic and my student debt as a means to acquire funds without a return of service.

      This business took my money and provided zero services. I have not been able to reach a live person, visit a website, or get a refund.

      In June 2021 I was contacted by Viola, a client care specialist, with Rely on Pinpoint. Seeing how I did not know how to go about the paperwork myself, I reluctantly agreed to their terms and made payment arrangements for the $1,500 they required. Everything about the company seemed legit until they received their last payment. According to the "agreement" they sent me, they would give regular updates regarding my application. I have not received a single update about the status of my student loan forgiveness application. I have made several attempts to call, text, and email this company and my supposed representative. Emails go unanswered, and the phone system puts you in a call cue just to disconnect the call. I am beyond frustrated. I want to know where my application stands, if it even exists. Their lack of communication and honoring their own contract really bothers me. At this point, an update and a refund would really be nice.

      I paid pinpoint 1800 to remove my student loans from my credit report. Under the pretense I was part of a class action lawsuit against CTU for false promise of helping to find employment. Clearly, I fell for the scam. I paid them $100 for 18 months. There should be some kind of penalty for scamming people over long periods of time. How crappy to take advantage people who are struggling and already behind but trying to do the right thing and fix the issue.

      I paid Rely on Pinpoint 1200 to help me with my student loans and I have been trying to reach someone for six months.. I just received a letter that my loans are being moved to another lender and I am scrambling to figure out what to do.. I can't believe they took my money
