    I have been trying non stop to contact the business between phone and email to pay my bill as I only have a Canadian credit card and none of their systems allow Canadian cards. I have been passed from associate to associate when they do answer the phone. Their associates do not for their life understand that because I am Canadian I can not provide a credit card associated with a number only zip code and most of them don't even know what a postal code is. I have spent a combined 5hrs on the phone and more hours stressing about other ways to pay this before I got it settled and now I have been told they are UNABLE to provide me with a receipt??? These are services I didnt even know I was getting in the first place - leave it to *** hospitals to take advantage of citizens of countries with free healthcare and they make it impossible to pay and now there isnt even record of proof I did pay???

    My mother received a text three times (1-29-2025, 1-30-2025, 2-3-2025) the last one stating "don't forget to pay your bill for $2970.00 at Central FL Path Associates here": The text was sent to ***** *****, ************. There was a link to ****** to pay. When you click the link there is no detail as to why this is owed and why insurance was not applied. Just asking her to pay $2970.00 There is zero contact information and shows they did not apply her insurance. We will not be paying this until we get an official bill and explanation for why neither of her insurances were applied.

    I have reviewed the account and it appears we had filed both insurance and got denied as not primary. This is why the bill went to patient to update the insurance. I see a call was received and we have filed the correct primary payer and are awaiting for payment. At this time nothing is owed from the patient. Also i will look into why there is no information on the text the patient received.

    This was a Text claiming I owe money which is not true. This also takes me to a third party website that is clearly fake. They need to be reported for fraud.

    I reviewed the account and this does belong to A ****** and is not a fraud.  These were services at ************ ER on 7/30/2024. FYI - We use Papaya for our texting patients for them to pay the bill and is not a fraud.

    I also found insurance information to file therefore there is no patient responsibility at this time.

    In June 2024, I received paperwork from Central Florida Pathologist Associates detailing lab charges while i was in the hospital March *****, 2024. There is no account number, no mailing date, no total amount owed on the paperwork; It doesn't look like an invoice or bill. We have called the number listed on the paperwork and left messages six times requesting a call back to verify charges and an address for payment, and have not heard anything. We are willing to pay if we owe, but need to know this isn't a bogus situation.

    I received a call supposedly from a collection agency on behalf of Central Florida Pathological Associates which they said was for services through AdventHealth. I have paid all my AdventHealth bills. I have not received any additional bills. I told the collection agency that I needed to verify it wasn't a scam and he gave me a website. I looked up Central Florida Pathological Associates and when I call it is AdventHealth. They say they don't use MBB as a collection agency. I am trying to figure out if there is a separate number for Central Florida ************************ separate from AH so I can verify if I indeed owe money and if they use this collection agency. If I owe it I will pay but I don't want to pay with out verifying it is legit.

    Id like to know what number they are calling bec I have no messages from this morning 9/11 I do have several missed calls around that time from different unknown numbers but no voice mail messages. I get a lot of spam calls so I dont answer if I cant identify the caller. I do return voice mail if there is one, but I have none this morning.

    I received a text message that says: "Reminder: Don't forget to pay your bill for $310.00 at Central Florida Pathology Associates Pa here: ******************************". When I clicked on the link, I saw that it was related to tests done on my child at Advent Health Emergency Room. Actually, we are covered by Aetna Better Health of Florida under Florida ********* During our visit, we made it clear that our income was insufficient, and we asked twice whether the insurance would cover the procedures. They told us there were no issues with the insurance and that we wouldn't need to pay. However, now we are faced with such a bill. Additionally, when I checked the insurance system, I saw that there is no record of such a visit.

    We have contacted the patients mother to add the ********* of ***** Better Health as we only had Ambetter on file and that was submitted to her *********. We have submitted the claims and I advised the mother to allow 30 to 40 days for the claims to be processed by her *********.

    I have been trying to pay my bill. I did not receive an invoice. I have been unable to reach a live person to pay bill. It has now been sent to the *********************** collection agency. I requested a statement. Received it and there was a number to call and pay. I was unable to pay bill via phone due to the electronic system was not working properly. I am requesting that this be removed from my credit report. These service was incurred at AdventHealth located at ************************************************************************************ on January 25, 2024. I was unable to pay the bill at their location either. I have left several messages at various number and have not received a call back.

    I received a bill from this company and I have never been there. I tried contacting them and left a message three days in a row. 6/16/2024 - 6/19/2024. No one has responded. I don't understand how they even got my information. I also don't understand why no one answers the phone or calls back. It better not hit my credit or I will ****

    I called the patient and left her a message to return my call so that we can resolve her concerns. she can call me back at *******************. 

    Also to let her know the call center has been extremely busy and is slowing returning call from messaged that were let. The statement she received was from pathology department for charges from the ** visit. Once she calls i can explain in more detail.  thanks, ******

    I went in to Advent Health and was told I receive a bill in the mail. I receive a letter stating all my cost for the visit were covered. Then I started receiving bills I explained about the letter, they made a note of it and said they havent received that information to give it some time. The bills continued but when I CALLED Advent Health billing department to make sure the letters weren't scammers they told me I had no balance on my account and that they were changing billing companies and were dealing with lots if confusion to just ignore the paper bills that my account is cleared. The amounts on the bill were always different so I thought it was scam mail and ignored them as instructed. But I am still getting very detailed bills from advent health even though every time I speak to the billing department they inform me I Have no balance.

    The billing from Central Florida Pathology is independent from AdventHealth billing therefore if you call them they will not be able to see our charges and could not tell you your balance with us. You may receive many bills from independent contractors such as Radiology, Pathology etc. 

    For your knowledge this information is on the signed Adventhealth consent form. 

    I see you were approved for FA Financial Assistance from Advent therefore we honor that and write off the Charges but not all contractors will honor therefore you would need to contact them directly.

    I have received a bill from Central Florida Pathology Associates, **. Due date of the bill is 5/15/2024. I contacted my insurance company who advised that CFPA did not make a claim with them and to contact them to give them my health insurance information to adjust the cost. I have been trying to contact them since Monday 4/29/24. I have called them every day, I have left voicemails with the information they asked for. I have followed all of their automated directions. I have given them more than ********************** back and they have not. If they don't get their money they will send me to collections when in fact they are wrong for not contacting me back to fix this issue.

    I spoke to ********************* on 5/21/2024 advised him the call center is extremely busy and i apologized he could not get through. He gave me the insurance information for his daughter and a claim was filed to them. at this time he has no responsibility to pay the statement he received until the insurance has processed the claim.
