    I hired Creative Wesmith is build me a skincare website to sell products and a membership program. The date of the contract was March 30, 2023. Was supposed to only take 4 weeks. It was early June when it went live. It took that long because there were a lot of adjustments and mistakes that needed to be fixed. When it went live there were mistakes and parts that weren't working properly. I have tons of emails that document everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Since it's been up a running my clients had difficulties joining the membership and that part never worked right. I had 21 clients joined but only got paid for 7. The back office rarely worked so I couldn't tell if people were ordering products or not. I gave away gifts for joining and a 30% discount on products but never got paid for the memberships because it didn't work properly. I finally asked for the website to be taken down and asked for a refund. we agreed to pay me back 1,050 which was supposed to be in my account by now and it is not. I asked several times for the website to be shut down and it still is not yet I can't get into the back office to see if people ordered or not or paid for products and they are not getting them. I complained about this several times and they are not doing anything about it. This really looks bad on my business and I have lost way more money and time on this website. I need help getting my money back and getting them to shut down the website. I have videos, emails, and recorded conversations to back up my claim. Not only do I want a full refund but also help to get the website taken down. I also want this reported to help prevent this nightmare from happening to someone else. Please give me an email address so that I can forward all the correspondence I have had with the company. I have a recorded conversation and videos showing the website not working that I would need to send by text because they are on my phone.

    I would like to close complaint in Creative Websmith we have resolved our issues and. Have recurved my refund. Please send confirmation email that I can share with Company.
