  This company ripped ** off by telling us on our first free visit. The first visit was free then we were offered the medication does for ****** dollars when we told them we could not afford that they all the way down to 500 dollars for 15 doses we agreed we was to get the medication in 5 days with a down payment of ****** and the balance of 300 dollars in 1 months, after the 5 days when we did not hear from Premier clinic we called and got a complete different story that we could not get any medications until we paid the balance at that point we did not trust anything they told us. So they got our ****** free since there was no refund. In doing research we found you can get the same medication that they are prescrbing call Trimix from Olympia pharmacy for 2/3 less. Just go to your urologist who can prescribe this medication

  Went to see them on November 16, 2023 at 8 oclock paid $555 for medication which I never received. They told me someone would contact me within 4 to 5 days. Its been two months no one contacted me and now they telling me I cant get my $555 back. Man please do your research on this company before you visit them. Its a scam.

  I am 67, gave them a list of all my current meds. One of my concerns was a possible adverse reaction to the sample injection. I was told the injection would be mixed properly as to not interfere with my current medical conditions. Once exam was completed, a man came into the room and gave me an injection at the base of my p**** I achieved a partial erection lasting approx 10 minutes. After an observation period, it as determined that the injection "worked" with no side effects, I was presented with my possible options. #1 get a p**** implant cost $60-70K #2 P**** strengthen, 1 year program, monthly visits to the medical center cost $13K #3 Applicator $500, get 50 injections total price $1,500. I told him I wanted to discuss with my wife. He said a decision has to be made NOW before you leave the office. If a decision is not made the day of your initial exam and you reconsider you will incur a $449 office charge in addition to the injections. When I said NO, out came the super high pressure sales. If so great why is it not covered by most insurance and ********* BUYER BEWARE! Apparently the main goal of this place is not to actually help men but to get $. Majority of older men are on a fixed incomes. I believe this clinic preys on vulnerable men, promising positive results but actually the results are substandard. After telling them NO several times, they finally said "we will get your discharge papers". This discharge form stated what to do if the erection lasts 4 hours or more it also, stated "we guarantee a penetrable and sustainable erection with the test dose medication" this did not happen in my case.The form also stated the medical compounded medication is *** approved, but will not tell you the drugs that are in the compounded medication. I was sales for years when I encountered a dissatisfied customer I would reach out to them in an attempt to rectify the issue. This is not the case at the Premier Men's Medical Clinic. I DO NOT recommend this business.

  I had an appt on 10/20/23. They determined without medical testing that I had vascular disorder and gave me an injection in the penis. The injection worked fine however after 3 hours I finally told them I had to leave for work so they quickly gave me another injection to counter the first one which did not work. I left without any paperwork or emergency number to call in case of an emergency. I maintained a painful erection for a dangerous 7 hours. At 4:20 pm I called their office to inform them of the problem. They said they would have an EMT call me immediately. THAT CALL NEVER CAME. I finally called a hospital who instructed me on what to take to get rid of the erection. I followed up with the office the following Monday 10/23/23 they said they never got my emergency call because it went through the call center however calls for appoinme ts keep making it through. Later that day I spoke to Paul who confirmed that the office was open when I called with the emergency. He apologized and talked me into coming in on Friday 10/27 to pickup the materials and give it a try. Foolishly i did. They handed me 2 bags full of supplies with paperwork to sign which I thought was acknowledgement of receipt of the supplies. Their finance information was placed in between 12 pages of information. Very deceptive! They also took a $500 deposit to start the program and used that money to make a first payment on a credit card with Synchrony bank on my behalf. I did not authorize that a credit card acct be opened nor did i agree to 29.99% interest rate. After reading the fine print they also state that the customer CANNOT dispute the charge account or interest rate charged and no medications or supplies can be returned. They never offered to start out with something small and work into something that worked and was affordable. I have called several times seeking a resolution. They just continue to refer to their agreement. They're deceptive practices warrant a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
