I purchased tickets for the Orlando Music Festival on the tix.com website. The festival was canceled as the promoter was in legal trouble. I paid ****** for these tickets. My credit card holder wouldnt refund the money because I didnt notify them within 6 months. Tix didnt respond. Who is responsible?Initial Complaint

My husband and I saw an online advertisement for the four day Orlando Music Festival scheduled for July 2022. We paid for *********** by credit card on 4/30/22 in the amount of $703.00. After receiving an email that the event was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances we were promised a refund. We have been patiently waiting ever since that last communication on 7/30/22. To date we have not received any further communication or refund.Initial Complaint

On 3/12/22 we paid $1203.00 dollars to Orlando Music Festival prodsorlandomusicftx by Capital One credit card. The music festival was cancelled and we have yet to receive a refund. This is the web address: ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is what shows on the internet: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the 2022 Orlando Music Festival has been canceled. Refunds for tickets will be issued shortly. However when you click on it the web page has been taken down and there appears to be no way to contact them. The information below was covered by our local news: Weeks before the event, Executive Producer ***** ****** ****** was arrested on federal fraud charges, and the festival was canceled. ORLANDO, Fla. – Hundreds of people across the country are still waiting for ticket refunds after the Orlando Music Festival was canceled This was covered by our channel 6 news person **** ******** We reached out the credit card company, and they response not help! We are not sure what to do at this point. We would like our refund and not continue to wait! Obviously someone has the money and it is only right that they return it!!!
