    A class was scheduled in ** for Dec. He canceled the class (via email and text) same day stating he could not find a flight (meanwhile he was scheduled to be in CT for another class the day before so he should have already been in the state) and rescheduled it for 1/20 (MLK Day). I reached out (replying to his email and text) to him informing him that I would be away that weekend for the holiday and required a refund. He never got back. Put a complaint in with **** who refunded me. I confirmed with **** and they stated that they would not be reaching out to the company at all, the refund was issued by them directly. I started following his social media and saw that he was canceling a lot of his other classes stating that he was unable to get a flight. The day leading up to and following the class, I followed his page closes to see if he would mention that he would be in **. He was a no show to the class.

    I along with a group of 14 other friends purchased tickets for $5 for ***** ******* Ride Shake and Sweat Tour to take place in *******, along with parking avg. $15. The date of the event was January 2, 2025 at ************************************ at 8:30pm cst. Upon arriving at the location, the Lakeshore ****************************** Club, we were informed that there was no such event taking place and that the club actually closes at 9pm. A number of of us then tried to access his website which appeared to be down. We then begin reaching out on instagram and some of us were met with being blocked and we observed other people in the comments stating that it was a scam. I asked one of the commenters where was she scammed to which she replied, ******. One of the ladies in our party did get a response from ***** asking her to reach out to him at ************. We attempted to contact him and did not get a answer. Around 10pm cst, we observed that the website was back up with many more cities added. While the dollar amount may be minimal to continue to collect funds from people around the country without delivering a service needs to be investigated and put to a stop.The instagram account is RideshakeSweatCEO and Rideshakesweattour.

    On October 11, 2024 I signed up for the Ride Shake Sweat Tour in *************** 30 minutes before the class I received a text from ***** the CEO stating that it was canceled and we would be issued a refund. I never received a refund or a response from the company. I contacted them on 10/14/24 and 10/18/24.

    This business owner scammed myself and others out of our money. He advertised services that were never provided. He has been contacted multiple times for a refund and has no responded

    An event was planned and he was a no show no refund . Then when I went to complain on social media I was blocked and comments deleted

    I purchased 1 ticket to attend the workout in which ***** was not there and the police showed up and called the owner of the building and we were told that there was no one by that name booked the event.

    Paid for a class that is set for the 19th decided I don't want to go reached out for a refund through email as well as call but the number isn't in service. Tried to contact the location event will be held they said they do not know what I'm talking about and can't issue refund. I paid $20 dollars for tickets plus taxes. I just want my money back.

    I messaged the facility that the event was to be held and they had no idea about any of it. I was also told by other people who got scammed that the event was cancelled online and when they went in person they were told to turn around. I truly believe we were scammed.
