Next day I got an email from the Regional Manager, Jose *******, informing me my membership had been terminated due to my comments on the survey. I demanded an explanation and his verbatim response was "I don't need to prove anything to you". Assistant Manager informed me he had no idea this was happening and that standard procedure is for the manager to inform the asst of any negative survey and to contact the member. Asst Manager indicated he was kept in the dark.
Contacted Corporate and the Franchisee. Still have heard nothing back.
