    This company bought out or took over Crave Technologies who is our POS/Online Sales provider for The Line Kitchens in **********. They collect all of the sales for multiple restaurants and are supposed to make weekly deposits into our accounts of our revenue minus the fees they collect. For over 9 months, they have not paid us on time, or are 2-3 weeks late in paying us anything at all. They have consistently ignored requests for payments, demand letters from attorneys and refuse to pay us our revenue. We have had to take out short-term high-interest loans due to being the only kind available to cover monthly costs due to their failure to pay us weekly. They have also taken away our ability to pull detailed sales reports so we do not know what our true sales are. We cannot see past orders, products sales to determine what sells and what doesn't, what hours we make the most sales, and basically any other report needed to run a restaurant properly. They are extremely untransparent and without being able to know what sales we've made, we have no idea what our true sales actually are. They can easily change whatever numbers they want. Also, without the access to reports, we cannot pay our employees any tips they are owed, because we do not have the amounts they earned to pay them. They have also cost us $10,000 a month on average due to their software constantly glitching and preventing customers to be able to place orders regularly. Their system consistently goes down, gives errors messages to customers so they can't order, says we're open when we're closed and closed when we're open and many other issues that have prevented us from making money in addition to not paying us what we do make. This is by far the worst POS/Software Company and it is illegal to keep our sales and reports from us.
