*** is a hospitality procurement company and is hired on behalf of Owners to furnish multi-family, hospitality and commercial buildings. *** purchased exterior furnishings from Indon International, LLC and the furniture finish was failing within several months of receiving the furniture. The furniture is within the stated warranty period. We immediately notified the vendor (March 2024) and the vendor promised to address the situation. It has been over 7 months, and the vendor has still not remedied the situation either by correcting the existing furniture, providing new/replacement furniture or returning the Client's money so they can purchase replacement furniture. A detailed outline of of the situation and all follow-up correspondence is in the attached email. I personally emailed and contacted the CEO/Owner of Indon, **** ******, on September 17, 2024 and did not receive a response. We are seeking assistance from BBB to resolve the situation with Indon. We notified them in writing via FED-X that we would contact the BBB if they did not demonstrate a meaningful effort to resolve by 9/27 which they have not done.

In 2022 we had purchased $42,364.50 worth of furniture from this business, when it delivered there were a lot of damages which they worked on replacing. In June 2023 we received the replacement pieces but there were more damages. They sent a team to site in July *************************************************************************************** August 2023. In September they asked if they could send someone to do the repairs, which we provided them with a contact on-site to work with. In October they said they were going to just redo all damages items instead of repairing them and that they'd be available in late November. In November they said they are behind and replacements would ship the first week of December. In Mid-December they said they won't be able to deliver before January and were going to advise on a new date. On January 8, **** they said the replacements would ship on January 31, ****. We followed up 5 times in between 1/8/24 and 1/31/24 only to be told "we will advise if this is still accurate". When 1/31/24 came they went completely dark and have ignored all e-mails and phone calls.

    Hello,

The manufacturer finally got back to us and is proceeding with replacements with a new timeline. I believe this case can be closed now that they're being responsive and the *** is involved.
