In 2022 we had purchased $42,364.50 worth of furniture from this business, when it delivered there were a lot of damages which they worked on replacing. In June 2023 we received the replacement pieces but there were more damages. They sent a team to site in July *************************************************************************************** August 2023. In September they asked if they could send someone to do the repairs, which we provided them with a contact on-site to work with. In October they said they were going to just redo all damages items instead of repairing them and that they'd be available in late November. In November they said they are behind and replacements would ship the first week of December. In Mid-December they said they won't be able to deliver before January and were going to advise on a new date. On January 8, **** they said the replacements would ship on January 31, ****. We followed up 5 times in between 1/8/24 and 1/31/24 only to be told "we will advise if this is still accurate". When 1/31/24 came they went completely dark and have ignored all e-mails and phone calls.Customer response

Hello,
The manufacturer finally got back to us and is proceeding with replacements with a new timeline. I believe this case can be closed now that they're being responsive and the *** is involved.
