      On March 17, 2024 I placed an order for a **************** Lift chair from the company, through Amazon. It arrived in a good amount of time, but they sent the wrong item. The box included a leaflet with assembly instructions for the chair I ordered, and a full-color, multi-page booklet for a ****************** Bath lift. I looked up the bath lift online, and sure enough, what I had in the box was a one of those. So I contacted the seller and asked them to replace the incorrect lift. They replied that it was the same item under a different marketing scheme. But the two items are not the same, and I sent pictures to the company to point out the difference. They then claimed the item design had been changed but it was the same item. To this day, they have not changed photos on their selling page for the Phoenix Lift Chair to reflect any design change. They are engaging in false advertising.They did approve a refund on March 25th and sent a mailing label without prepaid shipping. It is their policy to not pay for return shipping even though they made the mistake. In looking at Amazons seller review for the company, I discovered a number of other customers have had the same problem - the company sends the wrong item and expects the customer to pay to return the item. It costs $85 to mail the 28 lb. chair lift. What I am looking for is a) a repayment of the shipping cost, since they sent a different item than the one they advertised, and b) a change to their advertising to reflect what they actually sell.c) a change to their policy about paying for return shipping when they make an error.
