      Company gives you the run around on medical products. We have been waiting for my mom's medical bed over 2 weeks. One facility said another facility should be handling. They company requested info from *********** I told them they should have had that info weeks ago. I told them the various facility should have the same data base to see the latest updates! I had the same issue with this company over 4 years ago( what a headache). I know there have to be numerous complaints that have not been posted!

      I am incredibly disappointed in this company. We needed urgent oxygen delivery for our infant. My husband had to pick up the equipment from the technician because he said he would not be able to find our house in the mountains. When we needed additional equipment due to a faulty regulator and additional E and M tanks I called 7 different times, spoke with numerous individuals (including someone who stated they were a manager) and was told the following:We do not have an order for the oxygen We do not know the doctor that ordered it We need a new order We do not see your information in our system We do not provide oxygen for pediatric patients We will pick up the equipment (and may or may not deliver additional tanks)**They also consistently had an incorrect phone number for me despite me correcting every individual at the company and providing my correct contact information. I did the following to help remedy the above issues:I provided them the doctor's information (again). They should have had this from the initial order.I asked them if they do not provide oxygen for pediatric patients then why was it initially provided?I asked if they needed to pick up the equipment, then do we need to find an alternate provider for oxygen?I was by numerous people that I would receive calls back to answer my above questions, but no one every followed up. Overall, there care was terrible, dangerous, and negligent. It made a situation that was already very stressful (having an infant on oxygen), nearly unbearable. I was left wondering if my baby would run out of oxygen, and spent countless hours on the phone with no follow up. I would give this company a 0/10 review if that was an option. My hope is that others do not suffer the terrible service that we did.

      Im 45 and I needed to get a CPAP machine for apnea sleeping which is a for life thing, and was forced to accept a rental agreement of $160 per month. After a few months I called and purchased the machine for $500. The customer service call was very good understanding how bad the original agreement was, a good contradiction after a non sense rental agreement.

      In my experience Rotech is definitely shady. They came by after my husband got out of the hospital and set him up with oxygen. The man who came by was very irritable because I didn't know how to work the valve on one of the bottles. Shortly after we'd received Rotech's equipment, my husband went on hospice care, which uses a different oxygen provider. I called Rotech several times requesting that they pick up their equipment. Each time I was told that "their system was down," and it would have to wait. I ended up loading up my car with everything and took it to their office. They were mad that I brought it in, and made me take everything out of the front office, reload my car with it, and go to the back loading dock (I'm a 74 year old woman). They took some info from me, and closed the loading dock door, and so I left. Later on, they called and said I'd have to come in and fill out some paperwork or they'd keep billing for the equipment I'd returned to them. I said that I was caring for a hospice patient and could hardly ever get out of the house, and could they please mail me the paperwork. They said no, they don't do that. What kind of business can't get paperwork to their customers? They seemed very hostile and resentful when I was there, and I'm glad I don't have to deal with them any more.

      I was so impressed with the service I received from Rotech in ********, specifically from a gentleman named *****, I MUST give him a great big thank you for service way beyond expectations. My **** finally broke down and needed a replacement quickly as I was about to travel overseas to ******** for a week. He personally took charge and kept me updated on progress, told me not to be concerned at all and promised me a delivery in time. Not only that, he was able to get me all set up same day. Awesome professional and courteous service. THANK YOU *****!

      My nursing ordered a wheelchair from ***** ( subsidiary) in *************, In. They were 2 days late in delivering it. They do not answer, or return phone calls. They have refused to invoice my ******** supplement insurance, and have invoiced me for that amount. This is a company that should be avoided.

      I want to say that to put your job first over your significant other that just had our Premee baby and want u to go to work asap and not really carrying about how the employees significant other is going through alone is not the job for me my family comes first my job is not my primary family and to act as the f it is is not how u keep the employees I worked hard lived what do did but will not put my family last our my new born daughter my significant other should have support from me not having to do it alone at the very start helping ******** is a great thing loved talking to them getting yo know them listening to them brightens up their day and yours most of the time they could use the conversation I will miss that but this company to make u put your family last and not care about their employees is just wrong we have family's to and if they pick the job over their family's and their new born children I feel sorry for their family I wonder if I was a women and it was the other way around what then as a male father I am treated like my significant other her is best alone with no support I hope the big bosses see this and realize that treating employees like they have no family and the job is first is wrong or do they know how the employees are treated at all but I just wanted to say how I feel because I will not put my significant other and my new born child last I will not and to ask me to was so very wrong for them to do

      I can't tell if they are diabolical or painfully incompetent, either way, avoid at all costs.I've been trying to pay them to enable me to keep my machine after they failed to bill my insurance. Months of calls with zero response or followup, then last week after the thousandth broken promise of a call back, they sent an email demanding we return the machine within 30 ******** incompetent do you have to be to fail at taking in revenue as a medical supply company?

      Hard to get hold of. Frequently goes to voice mail. They dont return calls left on voice mail. Asked for supervisor to contact me. Never happened.Ordered oxygen tubing but wasnt sent. When I called back the attitude was its only tubing.
