    Tiene un servicio *** malo, el personal no tiene trato ni respeto adecuado, a parte de eso no hicieron la limpieza adecuada de las habitaciones, lo tuvieron as por ** de 3 das y cuando se hizo el reclamo se hicieron los que no entendieron el idioma y no vieron la mejor manera de solucionarlo.Asimismo al momento de hacer el check out no me quisieron brindar la informacin solicitada ni los comprobantes de pago. La seorita de recepcin se comunic con su supervisora y ella *** agresivamente me dijo que *** informacin no se puede brindar y al insistir me dijo que estaba manejando y le estaba haciendo perder su paciencia.Eso sinceramente no puede ser posible y de tanto insistir le orden a su empleada que me brindara un cdigo y telfono, quien al entregarme lo tir y por ello le llam la atencin y cuando lleg la supervisora me agredi verbalmente delante de mi hijo de 5 aos y prcticamente me boto del establecimiento.**** para hacer el check out a las 11:00 y todo ocurri a las 6:30 am aproximadamente.
