    I took at trip to Orlando, Florida and originally booked a room with Jumani Suites for October 30, 2022 through November 5, 2022. After arriving in Orlando on October 30, 2022 I checked into my room at Jumani suites, the merchant has used proof of check in as means to state that I stayed at and used their facility. At check in they charged my credit card. After entering my room I was surprised to find it absolutely filthy, there was hair all over the beds, hair in the bath tub, etc. I could not stay in the facilities in the state they were in so my partner and I decided to promptly check out and find accommodations elsewhere. We went down to the front desk and kindly asked to be refunded, which they did. We found accommodations at another hotel, Hampton Inn by Hilton, in the same parking lot as Jumani Suites. For the duration of our stay in Orlando (October 30, 2022 - November 5, 2022)— please see attached invoice. Upon checking my credit card charges I noticed that the merchant Jumani Suites had charged my card a second time on November 2, 2022 which is 2 days after they had already refunded me. We did not stay at Jumani Suites, they provided no such accommodations and have charged me $670.23 without rendering any services. We stayed with Hampton Inn for the same dates we originally booked with Jumani Suites, this merchant continues to claim otherwise. I initially disputed this with my bank and my initial dispute was declined as the merchant used proof of check in to state that services were rendered. My bank reprocessed the claim and it is currently in Visa’s hands. If this second dispute is denied my bank has told me there would be nothing else they could do to help me. $670.23 is a lot of money to simply give to a hotel that provided no service. Please help.
