    I own a condo (Unit 1313) in this complex that I am trying to sell. The condominium association has taken control of my unit (title is under my Uncle's deceased estate) and telling me I have no rights over this unit. I have, in writing, asked the association to not rent this unit any longer since December 2023 because it is listed with a realtor and we are trying to sell the unit. The association keeps telling us that the unit is rented (even though I receive very little money - that's a separate issue), and even when the manger, ***********************, tells us the unit is vacant, she always rents it the same day (supposedly) and goes back on her word whenever she says she will block out days for showings. ***** has told me that the association owns 40% of my condo, but I pay 100% in taxes, insurance and utilities - this association is a big scam!!! They have also told me that the association does not work for me - although I pay a ***************** fee which they automatically deduct from any rent received instead of billing me to pay for it - pretty sure that is illegal. I am being lied to and pushed around. ***** does not return any ************ never picks up her phone so I have no way of communicating with her. ********************* and *********************** - who I met with in January 2024 with my husband, said they would work with us to get the unit sold and allow for showings whenever we needed it, but they have since recanted those statements. ************* are the owners/managers of the complex. ***** and ***** have not replied to my last email requesting legal information that would make their rental agreement from 1996 invalid. They are also impossible to reach on the phone and do not reply to emails. I am dealing with very crooked, shady people here and my next step is to get my lawyer and the police involved so that I can relay access to the unit to my realtor and prevent the association from further renting my unit without my consent. The do not have consent to rent , but continue to do so against my requests.

    We stayed at this hotel. When we checked in to our first room it had a really bad smell. The shower heads were rusted and the room was filthy. We let the front desk know they moved me to another room. That room had holes in the wall. The toilet was cracked and wouldn't flush, and most importantly when night time came roaches came out ! I let the hotel know about my concerns, I told them it was false advertisement as they advertised clean nice looking rooms but the actual rooms they had was nothing like what was pictured. The supervisor on site they day proceeded on telling me it was Florida and there is bugs. I told him I was no tourist. Then when he found out that I wasn't a tourist he accused my family of bringing the bugs. As I later read reviews I learned that this was not there first rodeo and that they got several complaints about roaches and bed bugs but they aren't doing anything about it. I had to check out the very next morning as I seen the roaches start coming out late night. I am actually severely allergic to German Roaches and did not have my Epi Pen on me as I didn't think I would have to deal with Roaches. I feel as though I should have gotten my money back because that was definitely what I did not pay for.
