      I put $494 down towards my auto insurance around March and was given a certain amount of time to make my initial payment. Within that timeframe I called the agency to make the payment and add a second vehicle to my policy. I spoke with an agent and she let me know that she was unable to accept my payment because I have a payment on hold. OK, so I texted her the *** number for the other vehicle and my contact information and she sent me my declaration page and ID cards via email. This was April 5th. I called the agency a second time later in April to attempt to make a payment again and was given the same information by the agency that I have a payment on hold. So the start of May, I decided to call the actual insurance company and they told me I was canceled due to nonpayment. They had already refunded me for the down payment I put on the second vehicle ($241) . But they will not refund my initial down payment. I dont think its fair that I was canceled when I attempted to pay twice. I was never notified that I was being canceled or refunded despite me speaking to the agency twice in the timeframe and providing my contact information. Both companies refuse to refund me and bank didnt approved my dispute.

      These people suck… they **** up all your account and then when you confront them about it they say I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. Literally called to make a payment on July 3rd and the lady on the phone stated my account was already paid and I didn’t have to make a payment until the following month(August). A week later I receive a letter stating my policy was canceled because a payment was due on the 14th or it was going to be canceled if I didn’t make a payment by the end of the month(28). The letter was issued the 7th literally days after I called. I requested proof of insurance for the car company because every month I have an issue with these people. Then when I call July 20th day I checked the mailbox she said she couldn’t do anything about it. Requested a supervisor to go over my call on the 3rd all she had to say was I can review it but Theirs nothing we can do just make a payment before the 28th or your policy will be canceled…. I asked for corporate they don’t have corporate I asked for boss all they could give me was a name they don’t talk to clients… so convenient for them!
