    MARK and his team a Pavers Depot are amazing! We went into the showroom and found the perfect match for our paver addition. They gave us a competitive price and got the job done the next week! We have used Pavers Depot in the past and every time we are very happy! 5 stars everything went smoothly and GREAT experience :) THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

    Pavers Depot sent us a number of broken and defective pavers. When I informed the gentleman (Dylan), he advised me that they didn't do any exchanges or refunds, but he would do me a "favor" by allowing me to come in and exchange them. He said they're not responsible for the manufacturer's damage (keep in mind they, not me, purchased these pavers from the manufacturer). I told him I paid well over 200 dollars for delivery, so they should come to my house and pick up the broken ones and replace them with better ones. I also explained the urgency of the matter since the landscaping company we hired would cease work this Friday (today is Wednesday). He said he would have the manager get back with me. So far no one has gotten back with me. As an aside, Dylan also patronized me on the phone and talked to me like I am a child. They said they record their phone calls. I certainly hope management listens in on the call to hear how he spoke to me.

    The owner has reached out and talked with the customer to resolve this issue. Pavers Depot is dedicated to making sure all customers are treated with fairness and sincerity.
