I feel grateful to God for having found a place where my daughter is learning, educating herself and above all developing as an integral and happy human being. I love this place, it's safe and they do their best every day to continue guiding our children and us as a father.

I would highly recommend Nona Park Montessori School. My daughter loves it. She loved her classroom Buttercup. Her teacher ********************* is the best teacher, she teaches the kids with love and care. I really like the way she teaches my daughter. In just one year she is fluent in spelling and writing. I have seen big change in my daughters educational growth in Montessori. ********************* communications with parents through the year, keeps you updated with your child progress and lets you know where she needs to improve so that you could work with her. ********************* does great activities with kids. Specially in art and craft projects. I cant say enough how great this school is, with all teachers and staffs are really great.

Stay away from this school if you care about your son/daughter!!!! The owner of the school, Mr. ********, only cares about money ??. I was lured in by the fancy looking school and I liked the methodology (Montessori) so I agree to register my son and I paid all the fees, mind you EVERYTHING has to be in cash= $1300 security deposit + $200 for registration + and $250 of school supplies in a total of $1750 dollars - JUST to start my son. a WEEK later, BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED I requested to withdrawal my son - mind you he NEVER studied here, he would be a new student and never begun school! And they REFUSED to give my money back. Nothing. If you’re curious on why I decided to withdrawal my son, I can’t say all yet as it is under investigation and I won’t be disclosing in here. But just know, this school is moved by money!!!! I won’t be letting my son near that person, Mr. ******** he was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to me over the phone when I called to clarify the above situation I can’t disclose. This guy has no sympathy or patience to deal with the parents imagine the kids?! I know they are greedy, and I hope you loose the money you don’t want to give back to me in 100 times more!

Dear Vanessa, I hope this message finds you and your child well. I want to express my gratitude for taking the time to share your perspective on your experience with our school. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to enhance the quality of education and support we provide to our students and their families. I am disheartened to learn that your encounter with our school did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to address the points you raised in your review and provide some clarity from my perspective. First and foremost, I want to extend my apologies if there was any confusion regarding our payment policies. We accept payment in the forms of cash, check, or bank transfers. The only payment method we cannot currently accommodate are credit cards. I apologize if this detail was not effectively communicated, and your understanding of these options is greatly appreciated. Concerning the registration fees, I want to emphasize that our intent is not to appear profit-driven but rather to ensure the best learning environment for our students. The upfront fees, including the registration and security deposit, are standard in many educational institutions, intended to secure spots and effectively plan for the academic year, especially given the swift filling of our classrooms months in advance. To ensure transparency, we require parents to review and sign a tuition contract that outlines all terms, including the nonrefundable nature of certain fees. This contract encompasses the entire school year, allowing us to uphold our commitment to each child's education. I understand your disappointment with the situation, and I would like to address our attempts to prevent misunderstandings. Our team places great importance on maintaining clear and respectful communication with our parents. It saddens me to hear that despite our efforts to clarify there were gaps in this process, and for that, I apologize. Regarding the withdrawal of your son, it was fully within your right to withdraw your son at any time that you choose; however, the contract which you signed did clearly outline the terms of any such withdrawal. While our policy states that certain fees are nonrefundable, I believe in extending empathy and understanding to our families. Therefore, out of goodwill, I offered to return a portion of the nonrefundable fees, despite not being obligated to do so. It is unfortunate that our conversation left you with a negative impression of me. I genuinely care about each family's experience and aim to provide respectful and understanding interactions. I apologize if my words came across differently during our conversation. Ultimately, I respect your decision to find an educational path that aligns best with your family's needs. If you wish to discuss this matter further or seek clarification, I am here to engage in an open and constructive dialogue. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. I wish your child success in their educational journey. Warm regards, Mr. Esguerra

Mr. ********, You have so many nice words to say thru the BBB website, it enchanting to me! Unfortunately we all know this is not the real you and how you truly treat your clients and families. First of all, I tried emailing you as you mentioned on your reply you were “willing” to refund me half of what I paid for” but you never answered it or agreed to it in real life! Also, it doesn’t matter what you say, you were charging me for all this fees that needed to be paid in cash and at the same time you also requested the scholarship gardener for them to pay a lot of fees too. I don’t know why you are doing all this but it’s truly disappointing to trust a business to be taking care of your child and never being able to do so, because this same business have a director like you who don’t respect or knows boundaries. Just know that I won’t be accepting anything from you anymore and your “offer” to refund me half of the amount wasn’t honest so please stop with this.
