    We received service from KWE summer of 2022 and they did a great job when they showed up. There were several weeks they didn't come but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and they made it up. Fast forward to May 2023, we opted to renew the service and prepaid for 12 services on May 18th, 2023. It is now nearly a month later. When we paid, they said service would begin the following week. It did not. Our lawn now looks terrible. We have emailed, called & texted them multiple times. They have not been responsive. Highly dissatisfied is an understatement. We've requested our $324 payment back so we can move forward with a reliable company that follows through and has better communication practices. At this point, they have been given the opportunity to make it right and they have not,
