On or around 7/28/2021 employees of this company cut down a couple of trees in my neighbors backyard while I was running some errands. When I returned my backyard was completely covered with the trees, large trunks, limbs, and branches. There was no note on my door or any communication from the owner of this company, who had left his young inexperienced employees to take down trees that happen to be very close to power lines. They obviously did not know how to guide the trees in the correct direction, like an experienced arborist would have. Upon discovery of the mess I was able to meet the new owner of this property who just happened to be outside. He told me he would contact the owner of the company Rod, and he assured me the problem would be remedied. Since this time Rod has promised numerous times to replace the plants that were completely destroyed. To make things right Rod also promised to do a bit of extra clean up and spray some weeds for me, and purchase some extra hay to create the bed that was now destroyed. It is now 9/20/2021, and I realize now Rod's word/promises mean nothing. He has come back a couple of times to rake up debris that was left behind and that is all. When ever I contact him he promises yet again to replace the dead plants. I last heard from him on 9/15/2021 where he once again said he would find the plants the next day. Of course he did not keep his agreement and I have had no follow up communication from him. My neighbor paid him in full and so he has no motivation to correct the damages that his employees caused. I am appalled at his lack of professionalism and ethics as a business owner. I let him know I would be filing a complaint on this website, so this should be no surprise. Since this all started I did find some other complaints on ****. I will add my complaint there as well with before and after photo's.
