5 starsI am giving a review to *** Newlin Injury attorney in which ****** ***** fought for me after someone rear rended me totaled my new car that I only had for 4 months and 3 days after closing on my very first Home and the driver had no car insurance. Not only did I receive the best *********** for both my Husband and I but was able to purchase the same car within 30 days . 5 starsI am giving review on the nice woman I talked to on my first call. She was very kind, not choppy or snappy. She showed genuine concern. I wish I could remember her name but I was having to talk about a very bad accident where I lost my husband, best friend, best father and best grandfather of 37 years. She offered professionalism along with great human empathy. My review so far goes out to a wonderful person. I hope God blesses her and keeps her safe and may nobody else go through what myself, our children and grandchildren are going through. SHE was amazing.Review fromLisa L

1 starMy husband was injured and is now permanently disabled due to an incident at the Publix near us. He contacted *** Newlin and they agreed to take on his case. That was over a year (almost 18 months) ago now. The attorneys were horrible at contacting him - he always had to make the phone call / email to them first. Then we finally thought we were getting somewhere when Publix filed for Summary Judgement against us. Our attorney, *****************************, was "sure" we could beat it....until he discovered who the judge was. Then he apparently gave up, since he said there was only a "70/30 chance" that she would find in our favor.****************** never filed what is a MANDATORY response to the request for Summary Judgement, and based on that fact, the judge (Judge *****) found against us. NEVER FILED A RESPONSE. That means that he didn't care enough to do what he is supposed to do to help his client(s) out. That means that at the very least he is guilty of negligence, if not malpractice. ****************** did present oral arguments to the Court, however, the other attorney objected on the basis of rule 1.510(c)(5), and that objection was sustained. The judge then ruled in favor of the moving attorney, citing the arguments presented by him. The judge never even viewed the video evidence in the case or allowed my husband to speak. By failing to file the mandatory response to the motion (which is his JOB), ****************** effectively eliminated any possibility of prevailing. My laypersons understanding is that without a response being filed, the Court was free to consider the motion as undisputed, and it appears that Judge ***** did exactly that.I'd tell everyone to NEVER retain *** Newlin's office for ANY case. Go with any other attorney, since his attorney's can't be bothered to do their job, contact their clients or even, at least as it seems to us, try to win.Review fromMichael U

5 starsI was in a car accident in June 2023 in my 2021 Dodge Challenger **** Pack T/A. I was driving down a 2 lane highway with my children in the car and in the middle of the afternoon the driver coming the opposite direction came head on into my lane and I swerved over just in time get hit on the back driver side, spun around down into a ditch, and back up onto the road. He then proceeded to put the car behind me that I was with in the ditch after side swiping her. I immediately called *** Newlin that evening and got the process going. ********************* was our direct attorney and she was fantastic about checking in, getting therapy scheduled, MRI's, etc. set up. Unfortunately the at fault driver did not carry insurance for other vehicles besides his own. This did mean that I did have to go through my own personal insurance, but everything worked out and we had everything closed up at the beginning of this month. I am a professional basketball player and SAG/AFTRA actor, and even though many people watch the commercials they see on TV and commercials they hear on the radio about the high dollar amounts that are won, but I saw first hand the care that *** and his team give his clients and to me that is second to none and extremely important. I would highly recommend *** Newlin and his team for any accident case!Review fromcindy m

Dan gave me to a horrible attorney that sued me for $20,000. For a review I did not write and his was just sued by another attorney for 2.3 million for his poor treatment. Why can I not get back the $20,000.? This attorney put me three hell and Dan gave my case to him not following the Bars guidelines
