    Im filling a complaint against my HOA Parkside Villas at ***************** and their lawyers ******* and ******. I have made payments every single month since I bought the property. When I purchased the property in 2022 it was a different company I made payments to them on the last company *********************** I made the last payment to them which I let the current company (***************) aware, then I continued to make payments to *************** never have missed a payment and have ALL of my bank statements to show payments. Now Parkside Villas lawyers ******* and ****** P.A. want to put a Lien on my property. I have sent them numerous times all of my bank statements and still they are saying that I owe them. Try calling and their customer service is horrible no help and no answers. Emailed ******* **** also not a helpful person nor willing to sit with me in person so she can show me where did I missed a payment. Last email that I sent to her again with the bank statements to show that I did made payments, where she says I owe them. She responded that she will no longer respond to my emails. Im a single mom so when it comes to my kids roof I make sure those payments are done. I dont think is fair that I have to pay for something I have already paid. I cant afford to pay for a lawyer and to probably pay double for what I already have paid. Im opening this complaint to see if someone can help me. Again, is not right that I have to pay AGAIN or loose my property because they wont listen and look at my bank statements. I can send all of my documents to you if necessary. Not sure if all will fit here. But will attach the last payment I made to the past *********** (***********************) and to current HOA (Parkside Villas).Thank you

    They answer me requesting for me to sign a waiver so instead of serving me with papers in person they want to do it by email.
