      The cashier in *************** was terrible!, makes me want to go some place else! He never asked if I was a reward customer and of course I forgot it myself! When I got to my car I suddenly realized and I went back in and asked about it. You could tell he wasnt happy that I asked and he went ahead to start fixing it, however, I did have my right foot in a special boot getting ready for surgery and painful. The cashier did say he needed my debit card so I had to run back out to my car and I felt bad holding people up in line! Anyway he fixed the rewards, but not once did he mention the free 4 *** of club soda I could have gotten. I did buy 2 bottles of ***** and should have been told about the free 4 ***s, however I was not!! His personality does nothing for your business !

      I went to *** liquor purchased 2 bottles of a tequila 1 bottle of another tequila. The first I tried was the two bottles. I opened and tasted one bottle and didn't like it at all so I returned and exchanged those 2 one of the bottles opened at a different location than I purchased them. I exchanged them and mentioned to the cashier who had exchanged them for me that I had never had the Herradura tequila which was the other one bottle that was on the receipt and I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it. She very politely let me know if I did not to bring it back for an exchange. I went home tasted it. It made me grotesquely ill. I wondered if it could have been something else that caused it. The following day I tasted it again, and again it made me horribly sick. These 2 tastes less than a half ounce total. I began to research can tequila be bad. What I found was mold spores can form in the barrels during the making and cause food poison symptoms like what I experienced. Feeling like I was poisoned I still felt secure because I was told I could return for exchange if I didn't enjoy the tequila.I went to the store I purchased at to exchange. I set the bottle in original bag with receipt with the cashier and told her I was going to get another tequila. I went to look for the brand I trust and they were out. I walked back to the register and before I could get 2 words out the store leader started yelling at me opening the bottle in front of me telling me I had opened it. I tried to tell her I told her I had tasted it and it made me sick, but was unable to speak as I was being yelled at. I took my bottle and began to leave disrespected and humiliated. Before exit, I told myself no that's unacceptable the way you have been treated. If I cannot return or exchange why was I told I could and if I was told this wrongly, why did the store leader not politely tell me. I asked her name she took off her name tag and said no andso much more her coworker in shock at the wayshetreatedMe

      Due to their error I was never set up as gold status for vault list, despite the fact that my profile says gold status. After calling I was told my account was set up, then I was told it was not and how to enroll in an account. After telling the person that I was told I had an acct., they later came back admitting it was their mistake. But since I lost six months f access that will not extend my access for that six months. Terrible customer service.

      ABC Vault is a complete and total scam. We ordered our wedding alcohol through ABC and got a gold key. When I finally got an email to enter the vault, I logged in immediately (within an hour of the time stamp of the email.) The vault only stays open until midnight the same day. I got logged in, and could not progress past the splash screen. Tried clicking the vault logo (that brought you to a "home" screen that just redirected back to the splash screen.) Tried clicking the ABC logo, etc.... nothing worked. Tried calling ABC -- they don't answer, and require you to leave a message. Tried submitting an email through the ABC website. All support inquiries have a 48 hour turn around time. Worthless. This whole experience has left me unwilling to shop ABC any longer. They've lost us as a customer, and I will be henceforth shopping at only ***** **** or *******, which are both vastly better stores.

      The store on US1 in Ormond Beach has now treated me rudely 2 times and I will never be returning. I'm 67 and have used abc since 1975 and they now are just horrible with a bunch of snobs who don't bother to ask what you're even looking for and stand around doing nothing.

      I was at your clermont location (Store 55) and the customer service was unsatisfactory. When I went to the check out counter with beers that had been marked on sale (and had picture evidence of the promotion running from 7/11 - 7/29 at that particular store with their store number) it rang up at regular price. When advising the checkout clerk that there must be a mistake and the computer is wrong since the item is on sale. The store clerk got defensive, took it rather personal and called the store manager. The lady wanted to see the picture of the promotion again and then tried to delete it off my phone. When I made her aware that this was rather uncalled for I got escorted out of the store. Not only does it seem this location is practicing illegal marketing techniques by advertising a sale and charging full price, but their defensive reaction and attempt to rid evidence of their own sale and kicking out customers that question these business practices seems discriminatory.

      Don't even bother buying from this company! Especially if you're trying to get to Gold status so you get invites to the Vault! See other reviews about the problems they had with the Vault ordering system last December (2022). It's now the end of April, 2023 and I was once again NOT able to purchase a Vault item because the system cleared my card and hung on flashing ABC,,,ABC,,,ABC...now the Vault is closed. I have not purchased anything from this company since October, 2022. I thought I'd give it one more try with this recent Vault access. This companies online order processing system must be run by pre-schoolers! Horrible! I'm done for good. There's a Total Wine and More right down the street, and their online ordering and pick up is easy and accurate! And their prices are better than ABC. Bye-Bye.

      I did a online order. Went to pick my order up... wrong product. I ordered bottle beer not can. The manager wasn't nice about the exchange. Then I get home and realize my liquor wrong also. I went back to the store to get the correct item. Then I realized it not the person that put the order together its the app. Wrong pic on product. So just don't look at the item read the details also.

      I placed an online order with ABC to be delivered. The order was cancelled and I received an email saying it was cancelled. I called the store to find why it was cancelled. the manager Patrick said that they did not get the order ready for the delivery person in time and it was cancelled; however my card was still charged. I have called and called guest services to no avail. I have submitted 2 online contact requests, again no response. I was told by the store manager Patrick to call the district manager Liz since he does not know how to address this situation. I called Liz twice and left 2 messages and have never received a call back. I am just floored with the lack of response to their consumers. This will leave me to dispute the transaction with ****.

      Two times in a week, the ABC Fine Wine & Spirits vault has opened for select customers who have qualified to receive access. Two times, their website has not worked. The first time, they sent out an email apologizing for the problems with their website. Now, this time, I added a product to my cart and when I go to add payment it tells me my cart is empty and my credit card number is invalid. It's the same credit card that is stored on file with them and the one I have used in the past for online purchases. I even tried entering the credit card information manually. ABC better get their act together. Otherwise, they stand to lose a lot of loyal customers for enticing us spend a certain amount of money to buy from a vault that we can't complete a purchase from. In addition, it seems items sell out within a few minutes and there is stuff in the vault that is available on the shelf elsewhere. What's the point? Thinking I'd rather spend my money elsewhere from now on.
