    We went to ******* on vacation the first week of September and had someone who was supposed to come but was too afraid to fly so we ended up trying to overnight their items back to **. We paid a very high price however the next day it said would be delivered it wasn't so we went back to the *** store and they said it was the drivers fault to contact corporate for a refund as the package was still in the *** store in *******. We'll we've been bounced from department to department for weeks saying we would be refunded but still no refund and no one seems to want to take them blame. By far the worst shipping company.

    We went to this store during our May 2021 Orlando, FL vacation and paid them $58.79 to ship souvenirs home to L.A, CA. They broke a small $19.17 dragon and they keep saying they're going to reimburse us but over a year later and still nothing. The home office claimed they approved the check and the store says nothing was approved. The store refuses to make good on they're own policy. Omar the Store Manager NEVER returns my calls and when we do talk to him he acts shocked that we haven't got a check. These people need to be held accountable. If you read their website Guarantee it states "For UPS shipments, if you do not declare the value of the item at the time of the transaction and purchase Declared Value for that amount, your maximum reimbursement for the item's value is $100." We declared $600.00 total! All we want is our $19.17.
