On 2/26 I bought vouchers for a Facial for mother's day present, it was a "BOGO" and when asking the cashier the details of it a manager comes along to clarify some questions. They offered the BOGO and a gift card offer, I asked ho much the facial was and they explained that it was $55 if it was the first time they visit or 60 if it wasn't. I decided to get the BOGO and expecting a $55 charge as I told them it would be the first time for the person. They gave me the vouchers and charged my card already on the account. After I got home I noticed on the email receipt they sent that they were charging $115. I called the business back that same day and explained the situation and the gentleman asked if I wanted a refund and I said I did, he said he would have a manager contact me the next day. Manager never called so I called them and talked again with someone, and came to the conclusion I had to go there to return the vouchers. On 5/1 I go to the establishment and the same manager that explained the prices to me said that they cant physically refund. The voucher do not say that they cant be returned if that was the excuse they were looking for. I was lied to and was never told I was going to be charged that amount and they didn't even mentioned that price on the conversation.
