      Their disposable vapes are DANGEROUS! I bought 3x 1Gram from a MA dispensary because Im not near one and I shouldve realized the sale was TOO good to be true. These clogged after every hit, one of them emptied out on my table overnight THC everywhere and couldve harmed my animals if they found it. One of them shot a pea sized concentrate down my throat and almost choked on it. *** had a severe cough for a few weeks now because of their product. They have a 7 day warranty and thats it because they know what theyre doing.Curaleaf you are harming people and we are working on a class action law suit against your company.

      The store in *********** sold me expired medication that was obviously tampered with. The employee referred me to the corporate offices to which I have placed two phone calls and two emails and have not received a response.

      This place has the most absurd wait times of any place Ive been to and I dont quite understand what the issue is and if theres an issue we should be discounted or refunded for the inconveniences every time I come here. I live .5 miles from Provo Curaleaf and honestly probably wont come here anymore especially after waiting for almost an hour with NO discount or points added. its dirty inside, I offered to clean this place two weeks ago (own my own company) because clearly the employees are struggling to keep up. theyre boring, non talkative, barely responsive people and Im stuck waiting here for 20+ EVERY TIME! This place has gone downhill and it keeps heading that direction.

      I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Curaleaf 19th and ****. When I arrived to make a purchase, the manager, ******* (a male), knocked on my window and asked me to adjust my parking, which I did. Shortly after, a woman in the adjacent car began cursing at me and making rude gestures, despite the fact that I had not engaged with her in any way. ******* (mgr) witnessed the entire exchange but, rather than addressing her behavior, he approached me and asked if I was a medical customer. When I said no, he informed me that I wouldnt be allowed to make a purchase due to the incident with the woman. I was stunned, as I had done nothing wrong except park slightly crooked.This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, and I feel unfairly targeted for an issue that was not my fault. Does Curaleaf really feel they can turn customers away without cause? Julienes (mgr) handling of the situation was unprofessional, and I hope Curaleaf addresses this to prevent further frustrations for other customers.

      This plave lies about the prices they have set online. They upcharge on everything and its almost like they just choose their own final prices. Three times i was told on my order receipt, and order email a price and all the times i entered for my pickup i was uncharged $10-$15. This is the worst dispo ive been to out of all them. I will never be shopping here again

      ****** ****** is apart of their corporate employee relations team. He is the most racist and sexist person Ive ever met. He cost me my job because he wouldnt listen to the answer to his questions. A real piece of work, very similar to the rest of the staff. Be careful they do not take care of their employees they will use and abuse you.*** *****, **** ****** a couple of completely clueless district/store managers as well.Overall terrible company through and through. They know most of their products are expired, grown with bad pesticides. Doesnt matter, they will do anything to make money.

      Terrible experience period. Im a cancer patient, that just had surgery needing this medication. I ordered a delivery from curaleaf that was cancelled. 3 deliveries cancelled within 2 days. A delivery Curaleaf cancelled due to a sick driver. None of my allowance was returned to my account, something they, Curaleaf, is supposed to do when a delivery cant be made. So 75% of my allowance for the month, gone because of their inability to follow through on their job. None that I can get back, and the only excuse I get is that their system is new so they dont know how to work it yet, which I know is a lie. And if you dont know how to work a system, Curaleaf, train your people. Thank you for taking accountability Curaleaf.

      I think this is one of the worst diespensaries arund my town. The people have a huge ego first off and ****** me away from even wanting to come in to pickup a quick order. The prices are way over priced. And, honestly your edibles do not offer me any relief whatsoever. I do not like this company at al and do not feel welcomed by them either.

      *********** is excellent as well kind! The whole place has excellent vibe and feels. All patrons and staff seemed to be smiling all the time!This nurse of 39 yrs and counting had the best night of sleep ever!I highly recommend the *************************** site and again *********** will listen and absolutely help!
