    DO NOT USE THIS **MPANY. Truly the absolute worst overall service I have ever experienced in my life. I decided to go with this company after reading their reviews and getting a super competitive quote ($1900 to move from ** to NY), that probably should have been the first warning sign. Flash forward, I ended up paying $4500. They were 6 hours late for pick up (with no update), had very poor communication throughout the entire process (just blatantly not responding to calls or texts), did not give me a delivery window and instead called me at 10pm one night and said they were "here." To top things off, they only sent ONE mover to unload all of my things and it took this man 6 and half hours. I ended up helping for most of the time because I couldn't watch him do it alone and at one point he physically could not do it. They also lost two of my boxes and never responded to me about them (it's been 2+ weeks of me texting and not receiving a response). I ended up pulling a report on the company and came to find out it's a five person operation based out of FL (not **) and the owners name isn't listed anywhere, which is a definite flag. I would advice avoiding this company at all costs!
