      I have made numerous attempts to get a refund from this fraudulent company. They even reponded that they were working on it, but it has been months and they haven't responded to further requests. All they did was transfer funds from the founders to their "wallet". MR. A** the CEO has stated publicly on Video that any one who wanted a refund "for any reason, could receive a full refund." I uust want my money back.

      Attempting to get a refund on my O-Founders position. My O-Founders ID Number is *******. I paid $97.00 USD. I have attempted to obtain this refund through the O-Founders system that is supposedly there to facilitate refunds, but the system is not working.       ******************** is a marketing platform that charges Founders $97 to be the first to join. I started with them during the first month when it was an idea of Ash. Ash Mufareh is the CEO and promised us a refund if we decided we did not want to continue. I was Founder 7631 and have quit and asked for my refund. Support admitted they owed me a refund but kept playing games with providing my refund. This MLM is a scam. I want my money back. I paid twice, once through ******* and ****** has since stopped Ash from using them. Then I paid a second time through my bank account, which was refunded because that second payment was a mistake. The original payment was not refunded. Ash has not responded to any of my attempts to reach him.       I am filing a claims on ONPASSIVE LLC, because they are not what they are advertising. I was invited by someone and watched the videos that were sent to me. I decide to join to become a Founder on June 12, 2022 and paid my fee ($97 plus $5 processing fee) on June 16, 2022. I invited 6 family members to join, and they joined. After everyone signed up, I was then told that I had to send them my personal link for them to be under my team. I told the person why you didn't tell me this before I sent the link to my family members. I reached out to customer service on June 19, 2022 to see if they can change the invitee to mines and was told by someone name Kevin that basically they cannot do it due to some policy change. Some of my family members are assigned to people they don't even know when they checked their profile. Then I replied to that email stating that this company seems like a pyramid scheme and false advertisement, and I requested a refund of all my money. I even included the names of the accounts I paid for on my card and told them the names of my other two family members who paid with different cards. Around 1am on June 20, 2022, I received an email from someone name Mark trying to give me background information about the company and asking me to not participate in Negative rumors. He never once mentioned anything about refunding me my money. I don't see where the problem will be in getting a refund when I was told there is a guaranteed 30-day money back.       On 6/15/2022 my card was charged $102 to Onpassive LLC without my permission or knowledge. I have never used or signed up for any services or products this company may offer. I've emailed without any resolution and called can not talk to a real life person several times. I have pictures of the transaction and the company can see that my contact info and whoever stole my card info is not the same. I was in the hospital having major kidney surgery when this happened. I have researched and found this has happened to several people. Also those who actually wanted to use this company had a hard time getting in touch or getting a refund issue without the BBB help. I just want my $102 to be out back as I'm trying to recover and get back to work. This is to keep my bills current. I am not asking for anything extra just want what was wrongfully taken for me. I am not even sure what this company is offering. Please help !!!! I will attach the picture of the transaction.

      So its been 3 weeks since I'e asked for my 97 + 5 refund back from onpassive/Ofounders. I've gotten nothing but crickets,since then. Proceeded accordingly, then get the run around, questions like why do you want to leave? we're processing your refund request, I got blocked out my back office once I clicked on the 'refund button' on the O founders website. Again its been 3 1/2 weeks and all I've gotten is crickets. zero communications from Onpassive/Ofounds. It says right up front on the disclaimer front page of the Ofounder's website " money back gaurantee" I've seen nothing April 27th was when I requested my refund. After that one corespondance then, Nothing. I Have decide to file a complaint witht the BBB & if need be multiple times over time,as this company has shown itsself to be nothing but a flat out scam from here to Dubai and back. I am also part American Indian, translation you dont have to be a full blood American Indian to be a part of a tribal Nation, I Have my tribal enrollment card, tribal nation member Number, blood quantum( 1/8th) ect. Im consdiering the American Indian l. Services, to see if they might be of assistance in helping,in resolving this matter!. ALL I want is my Money Back the 102$ I gave in good faith with zero return. I Just want my refund. Just give me my 102$ USA Back. That is all I am asking. I have gone through the proper channels mutilple times all I get is the "run around' again n'again!! ****** is an option ,too,it is not true that REFUND's cannot be done through ******. they just dont want to or are heavily resistant to doing so.I do not believe this company is a truly legitimate company, I DO NOT like what this company is doing or all about!!       we have 8 positions in Onpassive, we submit for a refund between 5-8/04/22, as according to the company it should have been solved up to 10 days. however, only our account was blocked but we still did NOT get our money back. our head sponsor also has tried many times to raise tickets and asked them very kindly to finish the issue (07,11,13,24/04/22, 01/05/22) each time they say they gonna resolve it imminently, but nothing has been done. here is a quote from their response (25/04/22): "We have reviewed the refund request for 8 positions as follows, ***************- refund form submitted on (Mar 3, 2022, 1:54 AM) ***************- refund form submitted on ( Mar 5, 2022, 11:19 PM) @gmail.com- refund form submitted on ( Mar 20, 2022, 12:36 PM) ****************** refund form submitted on ( Mar 5, 2022, 11:28 PM) **************- refund form submitted on ( Mar 1, 2022, 11:06 PM)****************** refund form submitted on (Mar 1, 2022, 11:04 PM) ***************- refund form submitted on (Mar 8, 2022, 10:56 PM) *************- refund form submitted on (Mar 8, 2022, 10:55 PM) In our endeavor to serve you better and hold you as one of our esteemed founders, we are going to attempt to settle this request without any further delays. We will definitely get back to you immediately once we have an update on this".And 7 days before they were " We regret the delay in our response. We would like to inform you that your case has been taken care of with higher importance and can expect an update anytime soon. We are going to attempt to settle this request without any further delays. We will make certain that this gets resolved quickly for you. We will get in touch with you as soon as the changes get updated". it has been already almost 60 days and except for nice words and many promises for no delays NOTHING has been done, ZERO refunds, while they promise that each one who ask for a refund will surely recive it within 10 days.
