      On March 9th I requested a refund. It is the 30th of March and still no refund. For anyone wanting to know how this company works I will explain. When asking for a refund in my back office click on it you are automatically locked out your back office. Then after that I received two emails wanting me to detail why I want my money. I shouldn't have to explain why I want my money back I think they should know why after being locked into this for two years. And making $0. And let me add that once you send the email your done communicating. Try to send another email its blocked. You would think after two years people may receive a new debit card meaning the one they have on file, which is how you get your money back, will not work. They do not allow an option of how you want your money back. This is clearly a case of them dodging me. $97 that's all I want back.

      Unfortunately, I'm one of MANY people who paid $97 to become a "GoFounder" (now being referred to as "O-Founder") with the OnPassive company. Even worse, on April 12, 2021 I sent $1,000 worth of Bitcoin for the GoFounders ICO (Initial Coin Offering) shortly after Id received their invitation email. Later that evening, the GoFounders telegram page said that this GoFounders opportunity was a scam because they'd been "hacked", and that my money could not be retrieved. I was then advised to contact their online support team. I placed a ticket with their online support team (along with proof of funds, and a copy of their email of their ICO opportunity), but they stated "that's not what they do". Thus far, I've been getting deferred for 10 months with no resolution in sight, and I'm sure several other people were duped as well. I am interested in starting a class-action lawsuit.

      I have requested a refund of my membership and my husbands membership from this company. Despite a guaranteed refund and zero money made with this membership the only thing I have gotten is blocked from their "back office" and promises of a refund with multiple standard responses of a promised refund.

      User ID: XXXXXXXXX GMAIL: *******@GMAIL.COM I bought a founding position for $ 102 on November 8, 2021 and after a few days I see a lot of comments about the business which is a scam and I sent a request for a refund subject to the company rules within 30 days but they answer why you leave and all kinds of messages and do not return the money I am also trying to understand why the police do not prevent such scams

      On October 24, 2021, I came across a website claiming to be releasing a new digital marketing platform very soon. As this is my business, I was quite interested. Inside their website they were offering "Founder" positions to anyone who would purchase a Founder position for $97usd. They claimed that with this purchase I would become a Founder and that I would get access to all their marketing applications for free, and that I would earn commissions for anyone who I introduced. The website stated VERY CLEARLY that this was an opportunity that was disappearing quickly, as they were set to launch the product soon, and that there was no risk because it came with a 30 day money back guarantee. This sounded like a great opportunity to get access to products I would actually use, so with the 30 day risk free trial, I gave it chance. Very quickly upon signing up I realized that this company had been claiming they were releasing this digital marketing platform since 2018, and yet it still hadn't launched to the public. I very quickly realized that this was a company operating dishonestly and they have no intention of releasing any product anyone could actually use. On October 27, 2021, I filed my first complaint to their support and I politely asked for a full refund as this was not what I expected and that it wasn't for me. For the next 3 days they gave me a complete run-around and never honored the guarantee they gave me when I signed up initially. By November 1st I had enough of their game playing and I told them I would be contacting the BBB if they didn't honor the guarantee. They replied saying they would get back to me in 7-10 days and they locked me out of the dashboard (that at this moment I still payed for). This company is a complete scam and should not be allowed to operate with such deceit. All I want is a FULL REFUND as I am entitled to, as it is now the end of the 10th day. Thank you

      I was introduced to Onpassive by someone I knew who stated that the company is selling shares with $102 in which the person becomes invested and thereby will be making passive income for life and the company will go public in few months. I paid $102 on 8/11/2020 i register for myself. As soon as I paid the fees, I did a research on them and found out that this company is not what they said they are. They have been misleading and scamming people for money. I sent them an email on 10/25/2021 requesting for a refund of the entire money I paid. Neither the CEO/Customer service responded to my emails and all calls to 650-290-3562 and 650-488-8394 were unreachable. When I went through there customer service they keep closing my case and saying I'm not providing a valid reason on why I want my money back.
