    I started using Musicvertising April 19th, 2024. Ive been on a monthly subscription since that date. When I initially signed up for the subscription I requested to be marketed/promoted towards a target audience located specifically in *******. In the first few weeks I started getting tons of views that werent even from *****************. I reached out and someone from Musicvertising assured me that they would target the *************. On July 25th I received an email from my distribution service stating my song was removed from ******* due to too many artificial streams. I immediately reached out to Musicvertising via email as they were the one and only marketing service I was using. They emailed me back stating that they dont use any artificial streams and that it must have been my distributor. I assured them it was not my distributor because *** been using the same distributor for over 6 years and have never encountered this problem before. I requested a refund as well as requested to cancel my subscription as there is no way to cancel directly from the website. They ended up sending me a whats app number that never replied to any of my messages. Since this happened back in July Ive had 2 more songs removed and I cant seem to get an answer from Musicvertising. I need my subscription cancelled immediately and I would like a complete refund from when I first started my subscription. If that is not possible I deserve a refund from the date I requested cancellation which was in July.

    I am making a complaint against this company and a couple others which are penalizing me for actions concerning the use of "artificial streaming" which no proof has been offered to show I have taken such actions. I have a negative balance on my account before I can make one cent as a musician and there is no one being held accountable. I've reached out via email to receive bot responses or rhetorical responses not to my satisfaction. Something must be done about this asap. I am not the only musician being penalized for this situation.

    Musicvertising advertises they are 100% Spotify compliant. I purchased 2 months of their service at $69.00/month in addition I paid them $60.00 for placement on 3 playlists. At the 6 week **** of using the service, I was notified by Spotify that my music was taken off the platform due to the use of bots. When I contacted Musicvertising, they claimed it must be some other service I am using and I had exceeded the 30 days to get my money back. I tried several times to tell them they were the only service I employeed. They still denied any wrong doing. Not only am I out the money Musicvertising scammed me out of. But my music has suffered from the reputation of bots as well as down time from being kicked off Spotify. Musicvertising is a scam business and should not be allowed to continue its false advertising.

    This company stole $73 from me and then changed their WhatsApp. I still need my money back. They promised me my money but never posted it to my account.

    I paid for music promotion on a playlist which Ive now come to find out is against the rules of Spotify and this company has done this to various people and they they do not offer what they promised to put you on a playlist and to increase your listeners and streamsI have made multiple attempts to communicate with them. Theyre only means of communication is an automated email. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with them. they respond to you that send you out another offer. That send another offer. The phone number is a WhatsApp number and nobody responds to it.

    Musicvertising is a Website Scamming Nightmare throughout this whole time I thought this business was legit paid company promotor. But at the same time its robbed me blind of all my hardworking money and on top of that no lie I got paid a handsome sum of money that the average starting out music artist would love to accumulate over time in a period of 12 months. So if anyone reading this don't go to any websites asking for money or payments unless its a one time fee & don't have to play monthly or yearly. I got played something horrible but at same time made a good bit of money in process. Please don't make the unsuspecting mistake that many others have on here and yes I've the fine print before submitting my music Spotify information to them. Lets stop fake music promotions & get real music promotions online for real artists like myself that wants to see success in his or her music careers. Also you can get exposure without using music streams promotions like I've done for 4 years before getting on or purchasing a music platform like Musicvertising. Hope this message gets out to ************** going on ******* & social media to spread the word on fake music promotion ************************* as well. Hope this Message help & was productivity preventive.

    ****************** has promised to do right by me and thats not the case.On Jan 25th of this month I started two campaigns with them. I will need help getting them to send me refunds back. Which is in their 30-day grace ******* I wanted a refund the next day! Since they had someone no show our meetings.I cancel the other when my first meeting was missed. Already was promised my refunds. Dates and proof down below. Very unprofessional and need help thanks!

    Musicvertising are charging me money 49 dollars twice a month one day apart and I have no idea why? I was interested in maybe trying their services but do not recall engaging? Even if I did I have no idea what my log in is, nor do I have mails about any service signed up for or a log on. When I try to cancel I canno access the website it says my email already exists but I should have a password? When I click forgot password I receive no link to reset! I have tried to contact customer services and they do not respond. On whatapp there has been very little response and they claim theyre not taking unauthorised payments and I should log in to cancel! But I cant! 100 dollars a month is ridiculous and I have not idea what they are meant to be doing for me. I have no details. This must be illegal! They refuse to help and they respond with huge delays, delays that meant they charged me again this month.

    They promise to provide organic advertising, but instead they have nothing but bots and fake advertising. This is false advertising and I demand my money to be refunded. November 10, 2023 Payment Received $63.00

    Musicvertising sold be bots multiple times and have embarrassed my brand. We were pushing 5k monthly listener's when paying the monthly subscription. When I stopped paying It my listener's immediately dropped to 300 listeners. My subscribers grew to 8,000 and after I stop paying the monthly subscription they drop down to 1,000. This company put so much money into marketing to make us artists feel that they are legit because they are on every single video on *******. I have requested a refund for all money spent but they have denied my request so I have no other option but to go public and help other artists before the same thing happens to them. If you are an artist and you are reading this there are multiple legit ways to get on playlist but if someone is charging you to get on their playlist nine times out of 10 it is not official and it messes up the business and the love for music because playlist are men to help music listeners find good music so people will naturally add your music to their playlist if they like it. I have tried multiple times to work this out with this company but they keep sending me the same repetitive emails stating that they cannot refund me however they will work any issues out but you cannot work out an issue that you don't agree that is a problem. Musicvertising went as far as to say that ******* and ******* gave them permission to use their logo which is a lie because neither one of these streaming platforms allow you to buy streams. Spend your money on ****** ads and on ******* promotion it might be a little costly but it is official and it's real people and they will not disappear when you stop paying. Musicvertising I'm very disappointed with your company as I trusted you guys we have done multiple Zoom calls and you still allowed me to be used and under the impression that I was getting authentic streams to my *******. Every artist needs to know about this company to prevent this Behavior from happening to them and others.
