    In April 2023 took my buick envision suv in for service. Dealt with what I thought was a service manager named Christy. I bought my vehicle there for 2 reasons my rear a/c had went out for the 3rd time since I bought this vehicle brand new from them in 2018. Now keep in mind my vehicle only has 22000 miles on it. My sunroof shade had stopped working, and yes I do have an extended warranty on this vehicle. I was told by Christy that gm would pay for my sunroof shade since the extended warranty refused to pay for the sunshade. And that the extended warranty would pay for my a/c. Never heard back from fountain until I had to call Christy in JUNE to find out why i have not been scheduled for the repairs. I got the excuse that parts were on back order. Yes you read that right, parts on back order for 2 months. So I called the warranty company who had my extended warranty and was advised that they had just received the claim for service the week before I called them. I was finally scheduled to drop my vehicle off on June 26th, this dealer had my vehicle for 5 weeks and never repaired my sunshade the excuse that was given that the wrong color shade was sent so they reinstalled my old shade which now hangs down to the windows and whoever sits in the back seat has the sunshade sitting on their head. My a/c was never repaired in the back and was told it was. I received a call from whom i thought was the mgr over the service dept in august tellung me that the new su shade was ordered again. Here i am its October 2nd and i am still waiting for my sunshade and a/c to be repaired correctly. I have called Christy numerous times and she still has not called me back. This dealer has left me no other alternative but to seek legal representation due to the failure to.provide me with the service and for destroying the inside of my vehicle roof
