I am filing a complaint against Orlando Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for fraudulent misrepresentation, predatory lending, failure to provide documents, deceptive sales tactics, and refusal to resolve the issue.Summary of Issues:False Financing Representation: The dealership falsely claimed ******************** was financing my loan, but my contract shows Chrysler Capital. The worst car buying experience ever. First, it took them almost a week to get my car ready, since i live on the east side, I was told they were gonna deliver the car to me, but then when they finally got the car ready, they said they cant deliver, so i had to drive over to pick it up. Then I found out my PHEV did nothave the charger inside, took a while month back and forth, they shipped a charger to me, and it was a jeep Wrangler charger when I bought a Chrysler Pacifica. My sales person stopped replying my text or call since then, and calling the dealer didnt get me any further either. I went to the dealership, dropped off the charger on a sunday, was promised i was gonna get a call back on monday, that didnt happen. I waited another week, called again, was told everything was straighten out, i was defininetely gonna receive my charger. Two weeks later, still nothing. Now it's been two months sinve I bought the car and I still dont have a charger. I called today at 2pm, was told sales manager was gonna call me back, still nothing. at 4:30, I called again, asked to speak to the sales manager, he had the gut to ask me why they never received a call between me getting the wrong charger and now!

Starting date: October 30th. I brought my jeep here to be diagnosed for a noise it was making that wasn't normal. They determined it was the power steering pump. Replaced it. I took it home and the noise was still there. They had me bring it back in the end of the following week so I could do a test drive with their shop manager, so he could hear the noise (which was confirmed) I was told the pump they installed must be faulty and the bolts they used were *****. I had to wait for another pump to arrive (5 business days later), when it did, it arrived damaged. (Two weeks total without my vehicle and no courtesy vehicle offered) They ordered a new power steering pump in addition to the "steering gear box" which they determined had faulty valves. I had to bring it back a third time. on Tuesday 11/26/24 They installed the gear box and the new power steering pump and my car is still making the same noise. I was told that it must be the power steering pump and they have to replace it again to rule it out, so they would have to order another one. That was two days before Thanksgiving. I didn't hear anything yesterday, (Monday 12/2) so I tried contacting them today. I have reached out to my service advisor multiple times today and I've been "ghosted" This is absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves! My jeep is still making the same noise I brought it in for, and now they won't return my calls. Disgraceful!! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership.

I purchased a new truck from this dealership with the understanding that they would install leather seats in the vehicle this was written into the contract. The leather seats have not been installed. I've reached out to the dealership many times regarding this issue. I never received any callbacks or response. I want this dealership to install my leather seats or refund me the cost it will take to install the leather seats in my vehicle.

10/27/2024 I paid this business ***** dollars as a down payment on a car signed paper work for the car and the car was supposed to be delivered to my residence the next day. The next morning I get a phone call they sold the car I put the payment down on. I told them to cancel the sale because I did not want any other vehicle they were offering. I have attempted to contact managers and ask about my money back with no response and have continued to get the run around. I want my money back.

8/19/24 my car was towed to Dodge due to heating issues. I was sent a text message by my service advisor ****. At 7:08pm, no follow up so I asked for an update and was told there wasn't any. It wasn't until Wednesday I received an update and it had to do with heater hose and it was recommended to change thermostat as well. I had to get a rental car in the mean time. Throughout this whole time, I am getting no follow up unless I am asking. Wednesday I asked for a status, no parts, Thursday I ask for a status and was told *** on parts is today and latest repair completion tomorrow, Friday. All day Friday no update I asked only to find out no parts arrived; why couldn't that be communicated?? So here I am going on a week without my car and with a rental. Spoke to ***** and she refunded some of the rental expense. I go pick up my car and found water bottles all over, and my check engine light STILL ON! Since I had to go to work, I text **** right away and was told to bring it back, and I did. I go in to speak to a manager, I was told to wait for ***** to come in, which took an hour and still no manager. They then had me speak to ****** (service manager). They ran the code and it said Humidity Sensor. He then told me they can get me a price for replacement. Why would I have to pay for that? They had my car for a week, ran multi-point inspection/ran the codes, gave me a diagnostic, I agreed to the fix, only for you to negligently give me my car back with the engine light still on and now requesting more money on something you missed? They have wasted my time and I spent $1,534 for repair only for them to miss something. I do not want ***** ****** or ****** contacting me. I need a personnel from corporate to contact me so I can get my car fixed as intended when I brought it in. I am requesting a different Dodge dealership fix my car at no additional charge OR refund me the labor so I can take it to another dealership of my choice.

In 2022 I purchased a Challenger Wide Body **** Pack with a couple maintenance packages and *** insurance. In October of 2023 I sold it, and requested a refund from Orlando Dodge for the remainder of the packages and *** insurance. Packages were refunded in a timely manner. Now, the *** insurance is a different issue. First I was told that the dealership no longer refunds ***, by April in accounting. I called Fidelity that is the provider. They assured me and documented that it had already been refunded to the dealership and they had to send me the check. In these past 8 months, i have been back to the dealership for my refund multiple times, speaking directly to finance managers **** (3 times), Turik (4 times), *** (one) and two phone calls to April in accounting. Still, taking time from my job to try and get my refund has been completely in vein. All they are able to do is give me the run around and promise that the check will be mailed. That has not happened since October 15th of 2023.I would like my refund. I have not once been rude, always understanding, but at this point it feels like I am being stolen from and would appreciate a resolution.

On May 18, 2024, I brought my vehicle to the dealership identified above. I requested an adjustment to the emergency brake and an oil change. I was notified by the technician/customer service associate that the brake adjustment was not possible due to no availability of the appropriate technician therefore the only service completed that day was related to the oil change. Additionally, I was given an estimate ~$288~ for the adjustment to the emergency brake. On May 22, 2024, I returned to the dealership to re-inquire about the emergency brake adjustment, as well as identifying the new incidence of an indicator light for the "check engine", and a new incidence of the temperature gauge not appearing to read appropriately. I was told that the diagnostic code was related to an oil pressure sensor but the technician opted to "clear/reset" the code to wait and see if it would come back. Sometime later, I was updated again by the technician with an estimate fee of $898.71. I requested a break down of what this fee covers and was told that it was to replace the thermostat and flush the coolant only. When I declined the service, the technician aimed to get a "better" price, calling back shortly thereafter with a new estimated fee of $612.30. With the adjusted price, I still decided to decline this particular service. At this point, I asked about the emergency brake adjustment and was not given any useful information as the technician reported uncertainty as it relates to the emergency brake adjustment. I informed the technician that I would be returning to pick up my vehicle. When I was finally able to check out, I inquired about an adjustment to the diagnostic fee since the diagnosis was incomplete. There was prolonged debate about the nature of my initial request, a call to the technician who reported a diagnostic had not been completed, but no fee adjustment. Additionally, the invoice does not list my complete request and includes a "shop charge" for supplies.

HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. I was quoted 3-4 days for the service repair of my vehicle which was a complete lie. ***** service manager lied about having the part on site and service time went on to past 2 weeks with ZERO communication from Service about part status, and service delays. I was over charged and over quoted price for service on multiple occasions. ****************** communication and customer relations is **** poor. My car sat for days with NO SERVICE PERFORMED AND ZERO COMMUNICATION. If you like clowns, this place is the circus. ***** the service manager is a complete tool bag. Dishonest and unprofessional. He lost his mind and I will help him find it. Illegally holding my vehicle keys and threatening a customer, AFTER PAYMENT, and telling them to call the police. ***** is incompetent at his job as a service manager and unprofessionalism and *** makes him think he owns Dodge. Failed to notify me of vehicle repair delays as well as job completion. ***** was extremely disrespectful to me and my wife when we came up to pick up my vehicle. ***** is a complete scammer. ***** and ***** should be fired. Corporate will be hearing about my ENTIRE experience at Central CDJR Service and sales department. This place is a joke, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Definitely will be following up with consumer affairs.
