Two weeks ago I began getting email updates several times a day from Orlando Sentinel for news updates during the day. I never signed up for this, I don't live in ** and have no interest in receiving this. I have used their 'UNSUBSCRIBE' option several times and the emails have not stopped. I would like for Orlando Sentinel to stop sending me emails. I consider this harassment.Business Response

I cancelled this subscription and brought the account current on 9/4/2024--$257.62.I told the offshored customer service representative that I NEVER wanted the paper delivered again.I received a final notice bill of $102.55 in January of 2025, which I promptly ignored as I was confident that the account was permanently ********** I see that the account has been placed in collections.I called the offshored customer service department again, who claimed I had restarted the account in October of 2024 (a month after I told them I never want to see the paper again). They refuse to zero the balance and said they would research with "management" why the account was restarted.I want the account balance to be returned to zero, the collections people to leave me alone, and for the Orlando Sentinel to NEVER DELIVER THE ***** TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE AGAIN.Business Response

I paid for a two month subscription foe 7 days per week delivery. All was well until February 1 when the paper was not delivered. It now has not been delivered for three straight days despite 5 calls to customer service. Providing credit is not an option since we will be departing the state at the end of the subscription.
