March 4th, 2025 is the date I completed this offer, with two days to spare of the 30 day time limit. I paid $35 to play the game for the offers from FreeCash.Their offer was to win so many cash games for a certain amount of money. I was credited for every low amount offer I completed up to $50, but conveniently not credited for the offer to win 450 cash games to earn $100. I submitted a support ticket that got denied with full proof of offer completion. They have not provided any clarification why they are denying my ticket, nor why this task was not automatically credited when every other one was.Research online shows this is a common occurrence with the company, and I, like many others, just want the money Ive earned.Initial Complaint

Completed a free cash offer. Got to the final level to claim top reward. Ive been having issues with gambling so was really counting on that $70 or $80 dollars to pay credit card bills. I was playing and game wasnt even loading on their page, kept saying buffering when checking my levels and rewards received. Finally I got to the level to get the max payout and nothing. I emailed them they said to create a ticket and I would hear back in 10 days. After ************************************************* off the platform. Emailed again to get my payout they said I could come back on if I didnt create multiple support tickets. Issue still not resolved they asked me to create another support ticket and wait 10 days. Its now been two months. Would like to receive the offer that I spent hours and days of game play earning. Please help, thanks.Initial Complaint

If you haven't used them before, just don't do it! support is nonexistent. i played slotomania and completed a lot of the tasks. I was getting rewarded until the reward amount started getting higher. I should be owed $95 right now and i won't see a ***** of it. the first two tickets I sent in were rejected by support even with screenshots. I requested for the business to provide me the points/money from the offer *** completed it stated to reach level 12 and receive $35 for participation and completion but no its something wrong with the site to where it isnt showing them I complete it showed proof of this and they still denied me telling me to move on to the next offer .Initial Complaint

This app has you download apps and complete tasks. It works sometimes. Im having trouble with one offer that REQUIRES me to spend money. Its for the app Kikoff and I you complete a payment and create an account youre supposed to get $17. Ive contacted them multiple times with screenshots saying its done and Ive completed it and they refuse to help me. I have proof of all of this being done with screenshots and they know this they just dont want to release the task and give me my money. Its not fair Ive done exactly what they asked including spend money. I have another app Bitlife that Ive tried out, I completed some tasks. But same deal once I get to the end it just stops tracking and they wont do anything to help. Really not cool. I just want my $17 I should get originally for doing the task.Customer Answer

I also just completed another task that would get me $100 and they just wont track it. What an absolute joke, as you can see from the PREMIUM members chat others having the same issue. They wont even allow you to talk to support if you can see in the chat too. They purposely modified it to just be a red ******* and not work. This is ridiculousInitial Complaint

The company froze my account for no reason at all at first. But when they looked into the ban, they then saw it was a technical bug and had me unbanned after that. Not even a day later, they decide to ban me again for no reason whatsoever. Now, I'm currently waiting days at a time to get myself not only unbanned but to also prevent myseld from submitting my government ID for said ***** request to an untrusted source that banned me for no reason at all. My email is the same as the one im using on their site. The support themselves can't even provide a coherent conclusion regarding the case at all as they only say that I need to provide my government ID without explaining why my account was frozen in the first place. Please find some way to convince them to ***** my account so I can at least withdraw my funds and be able to play on their site normally.Customer Answer

I got a new phone and havent been active in a while I went on today to try to login to the site and withdrawal my funds which Im rightly owed - I earned them. But now theres some BS notification across the screen ab my account being frozen? I havent violated ANYTHING and somehow now that I want to take my money off my account magically got flagged ? I already had issues where I clearly completed a task and then didnt get credited for it LOL I guess the whole site is a scam? They owe me over 30$ and wont give me my money because my account coincidentally is now frozen and they dont have any real customer service to even contact? The chat feature is a joke and you can only open tickets for missing credits yet the notification about my account being frozen specifically tells me to open a ticket? How?? "On the second of march '25, my Freecash account was suddenly banned without prior warning. The reason given was the use of a VPN, but I was unaware that this was against their rules. I had accumulated a significant balance of 155$ through legitimate activities, and now Freecash refuses to pay out my earnings. I had to spend 70$ to get that reward. I reached out to customer support to explain the situation and request a resolution, but they responded that the ban is final and non-appealable. This is unfair, as I was never given a chance to withdraw my funds before the ban.I believe Freecash is unjustly withholding my earnings, and I request either the reinstatement of my account or the payout of my rightful balance.Initial Complaint

I completed an offer on free cash, this was a special offer that if you spent a certain amount of money youd get some back. They have had a $20 pending credit for me for 99 days and theyre refusing to pay it out just saying they simply cannot do that no reason why they just wont. I spent my own money to get it and they cant hold up their part of the deal?
