No refunds does not become abundantly clear until after you have purchased the ********** issue is legal information and multiple disclaimers are delivered on a live video feed with multiple people and conversations taking place. Legal information should be provided at the time of transaction to remove any misunderstanding or confusion. There is zero information provided at time of purchase except to direct the client to bypass the class and go directly to trading information, provided by sales **** The sales person's email and the number used to call me for the sale are how I reached out.

    We sell an informational product with actionable stock and investing ideas. As soon as someone purchases, they get access to the product the same day including all open trading ideas with specific entry/exit points. They also get access to additional trading ideas as they become available, usually 2-4 per month. Because a user gets access to the product immediately we do not offer refunds. A person could purchase, get access to the current trading ideas, and then refund so we explicitly state on the order form and in the sales presentations that there are no refunds for this product and explain the reasons why. On average, we send 2-4 new trading ideas out per month based on the market hitting certain criteria for the trading strategy. 

    This client was never promised that they could refund this product. It is explicit in the sales presentation and on the order form that they cannot refund. 

    Although client says phone calls go unanswered, I have attached a log of the calls from this client and it shows that 4 out of 5 calls were answered directly along with the talk time. 

    The last time we spoke with this client we sent them a copy of the presentation they attended so they could review the refund policy. 

    After speaking with the client, where she alleges that legal information and disclaimers are delivered in a video and audio feed where multiple people are talking is completely false.

    She is referring to a live sales presentation where the host is presenting the product. There is one audio feed, that of the host, and no one else is speaking and you cannot see what anyone else is chatting. 

    When you purchase you are directed to an online classroom where there are ordered lessons (1,2,3,4,5...) that explain to you how the market works and how to place trades if you need it. The sales person told her that if she already knows how to place trades, she can go directly to the trading alerts section which is what she actually paid for. 

    Even though this client was never promised or offered a refund of any kind, based on their special circumstances, I have authorized a refund on this account.

    I purchased this service almost a year ago and although I was initially able to get into the training programs shortly after starting they were no longer available to me I contacted the company numerous times to ask them what the problem was always through messaging or a chat and never heard back from them only today nearly a year later is my training available to me. As a minimum I believe I should be entitled to another year of subscription to take full advantage of the training that before now was not available. Again I contacted the company several times they never got back with me and only today have I been able to access the training videos

    I asked for the expert to walk through a transaction but no reply in email. It is sad when the original contact has to pass me off because he said **** knew the system better. I still want a refund because it is not clear when it was stated that my program was not listed as a refund but was an if it was allowed. The program is not easy to understand as the caller stated. He says you buy when we send email and sell when we send email is all the help I got on the phone.

    This client purchased the product themselves online with no assistance from a sales person so they had ample opportunity to see the refund policy without any pressure or time constraints. It was in the sales presentation, on the order form, and in the terms and conditions. 

    We do offer refunds for our smaller membership products that don't include trading ideas which is why the default support message says "IF YOUR PROGRAM QUALIFIES for a refund..." which is perhaps why this client is getting confused. It clearly says, if it qualifies, which the product they purchased does not.

    This client spoke with our lead Customer Support Agent *****, who helps clients with their purchases. He is not an analyst or a trader. As a courtesy, we offered this client a call with the Lead Analyst, **** who produces the research and trading ideas to answer any questions they had and to help clear up any confusion. The product consists of trading ideas with entry points and exit points along with the research on those ideas. There is not much to get confused with as there is no software or systems to use. The client only really needs to decide to place the trades or not. In addition to the walk through that **** offered, there is a comprehensive ****** in the client portal (LMS) on how to place trades in multiple brokerages. 

    See the attached screen shots of the client's interaction with our Head Analyst. They have not responded to multiple attempts to resolve their issue by ***** or **** since 3/4/25.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the problem I have not access the program because I have tried to figure out where to go first. I have asked ***** or **** to walk me through a start up but they just say we send you an email when to buy and when to sell but the instructions do not give you a place to start. this program is vague and not clear for all people to understand. that is why I asked for a refund because I have not figured out where to start or go to find instructions to follow. they say they give you help but calling on the phone to say we tell you when to buy or when to sell is not the complete way to say start here and do this then this. you have to set up an appointment to call but they just call out of the blue when a person is working and expect you to listen to them say you understand we tell you when to buy and when to sell. this is not all clear for instructions. that is why I ask for a refund because i have not used the program.

    There are several video recorded lessons on how to place trades in any brokerage account within the ******************* Platform which **** and ***** have both referenced in email and sent this customer. 

    Further, the client can call their brokerage at any time to place a trade or to have them walk through the process of placing a trade themselves. 

    The customer can set an appointment with an agent to call at a specific time to help walk them through the process of placing a trade, they do not just call randomly out of the blue. 

    None of this has anything to do with the service that they purchased from us. 

    We have reached out a number of times with the information requested and are happy to continue to help the customer further utilize their product. 

    I will ask ***** to follow up again with the lessons on how to place a trade. 

    We are happy to work with the customer to come up with some other solution such as access to another product, but This product does not have a refund policy and their transaction cannot be refunded.

    This company gets you to pay for a service to help you learn to trade for supposedly a discount that still equals to thousands of dollars (almost $2K) just to fill your email and texts with links to their other expensive products/services and other traders with products/services to buy to get you to spend hundreds to thousands more. They hype you up that you will get information with top stock picks but it is not true. Clicking on links just leads to another's trader's product. It's a legal scam. The only information they provide insight into are stocks they have already purchased and made money on. They offer "classes" that are supposed to assist you in learning how to trade but all they do is talk about/show the investments/earnings they have made previously and try to get you to buy another product. For those of us who aren't millionaires, their sales pitches that are portrayed as classes end up costing you more than the average person can afford. I don't understand how they supposedly make millions using one strategy/tool but try to get you to buy multiple others and they don't give you the option to see everything they have to offer at one time so you can choose which product/service you want. Buying one just leads to others you supposedly should have. Their charts do look good though. Really draws you in. Like I said, legal scam. You won't get a refund, and would be lucky to get a credit to buy another expensive product.

    We sell an informational product with actionable stock and investing ideas. They also get access to additional trading ideas as they become available, usually 2-4 per month. Because a user gets access to the product immediately we do not offer refunds. A person could purchase, get access to the current trading ideas, and then refund so we explicitly state on the order form and in the sales presentations that there are no refunds for this product and explain the reasons why.

    On average, we send 2-4 new trading ideas out per month based on the market hitting certain criteria for the trading strategy. The client only had the product for 4 days before putting in this complaint and may not have gotten a new trade during those 4 days, (two of those days were saturday and sunday when the market is closed) .

    Many people new to trading and investing believe there is a one size fits all approach to trading and investing. In reality, the market conditions change all of the time based on many different factors and that requires being able to read the market and select a strategy or strategies that are best suited for that those market conditions. There is no single strategy that will be profitable in all market conditions forever. We only have one main Trader, **** ******, and he has 4 total products. We only market the product/products that work with the current or upcoming market conditions. We don't offer a menu of products for customers to look through because the market conditions dictate which strategy we are using and we don't want clients to buy products during a time where there is not a lot of activity for that strategy. Many clients want to ensure they have trading ideas for all market conditions so they buy multiple products when they are offered. Having said that, the success of the trading ideas in one product are not dependent on purchasing any other products. Each products' trading strategy are independent and no client is required to purchase anything else to be successful. There are no other required products that a client "has to buy."

    Our products are designed for people who have investable income and want to manage their own investments or a portion of them. Access to the research and trading ideas is only $2,000 and there is no other investment required other than the money they may choose to invest. That money does not go to us and we don't make any money off of their investments. 

    There is no, "Legal Scam." We openly sell different products based on different market conditions. We can easily turn off marketing emails and notifications if the client does not want any other marketing communication. There are client only emails and presentations that go out regularly that are simply fulfilling on the product they purchased including market analysis and trading ideas. We also have sales presentations for clients that give out free live market analysis and offer products for sale that can take advantage of the market at that time. You can go to these sales presentations for the free analysis and not purchase anything. Many clients do this and are satisfied with the product that they have. 

    In any event, while we do not offer refunds on our investment products, we are happy to make an accommodation for the customer including swapping to a different product for no additional costs, if he feels other product will suit his needs better. The client didn't make any request with us for a refund or product swap prior to putting in this complaint. He called in once about his ****** transaction debiting funds from the wrong account which is an issue he can resolve with ****** as we have no control over the funding source for the transaction. We have reached out many times to the client since getting this complaint but have not been successful in reaching them. Please have the client reach out and we will be happy to answer any questions or make reasonable accommodations to make sure they are satisfied. The product they purchased is one of our most successful products and one that is very active right now. Hopefully this additional information will help and he can utilize the trades in the service he purchased.

    This client has purchased several products from us over the course of 2 years see attached screen shot. 

    I reviewed the last call she had with customer service and she was acting very erratic on the phone and the customer service agent asked if she was inebriated and wanted to reschedule. He did not say that she was inbred.

    Customer service had been working with her to solve some technical issues she had.

    We have reached out many times since her last call to try and get her squared away but have not had any success in reaching her. 

    Customer support has also reached out several times since getting this complaint to try and get a refund processed for her and she has not answered and does not have voicemail set up. 

    Even though we have a no refund policy on our products, I instructed the sales team to process a refund for her of all of her transactions this morning 8/28/24. (screen shot attached)

    I can see that they are still upset about the interaction. I listed to the call and the customer service *** did not call them inbred, he asked if she was inebriated (drunk/high) and if she would like to reconnect later because of how she was acting on the call. I have spoken with the customer service *** about being more graceful on future calls. I apologize if it there was any misunderstanding. We take things like this very seriously. 

    Having said that, I'm not sure what else is expected here.

    On 12/5/2023 I paid Trader's Agency $1997 for their service entitled "Insider Effect". Within a few weeks initially I had made all their suggested trades but discovered I was losing money. They closed trades when they did not work out and then delete the trade from their trade list online. I called to complain. Over the phone ***** from the agency continued to "sell the promise" of making big money. I just needed to "give it more time". He talked me into signing up for a second service called "Alpha Trades" and I paid an additional $1800. In addition, his sales tactics to convince me everything would work out to my benefit was that he was having personal financial problems. He wasn't making any money and had personal issues. I felt sorry for him and didn't want to him to lose commissions (or however he is compensated) by my canceling. So, I hoped things would work out. But they didn't. Again, I called after having made many trades (I could not make every single trade in the two services) July 2024 because I could see that I was continuing to lose money on their trades I asked for a refund again and they refused. ***** claimed that if I hadn't made all the trades the service made it was just my fault for unluckily picking the bad trades they recommended. I assured him I had looked through my many trades and followed reasonably their program. But I was losing a lot more money in the losing trades then the winning trades. I asked to see their track record for wins and losses or some accounting of their overall profitability. ***** said that there was no such accounting. However, many services offer this simple "credibility" track record to help participants understand their risk with such a service. But they don't want you to know. Instead, they rely on slick professional pressure sales individuals to convince you everything will be alright. But it isn't. They quickly delete losing trades and continue to promote the few winners. Be aware. I want a full refund.

We take customer service and satisfaction very seriously here at Traders Agency so it was very unfortunate that we got your correspondence about a customer who was dissatisfied with their experience. We sell an informational product with actionable stock and investing ideas. As soon as someone purchases, they get access to the product the same day including all open trading ideas with specific entry/exit points. They also get access to additional trading ideas as they become available, usually 1-2 per month. Because a user gets access to the product immediately we do not offer refunds. A person could purchase, get access to the current trading ideas, and then refund so we explicitly state on the order form and in the sales presentations that there are no refunds for this product and explain the reasons why. Some clients take the trading ideas and simply place the trade as it was sent out in their own brokerage account with live money. Some clients use these trading ideas as the starting point for their own research and may chose to place the exact trade or modify the trade as they wish. Still other traders take the trades we send out and place them in practice demo accounts to learn how to trade without risking any funds until they are confident enough to use a real money brokerage account. What they do with the information they buy from us is really up to them.

    This client purchased both products over 8 months ago and has used the trade ideas in both products many times and attended many of the presentations. The first product was purchased online without the help of a sales person. He used this link ***************************** to purchase. It explicitly states:

    "Do you offer a money back guarantee?
    Currently the Insider Effect does not offer a money back guarantee. Due to the nature of the information we are providing there is no way to get it back once access is granted to the member site. We have experienced too often traders joining our service only to get all the stock picks and a copy of our current portfolio and then get their money back.  This is unfair to our paying clients so at this time all sales are final."

    Customer service spoke with him on 12/12/23 explaining that only eight days had passed and that is not nearly enough time to evaluate the program. Customer then called in to purchase another product on 12-18-23, spoke with an agent and purchased Alpha Stocks at a discount and as an additional accommodation was given a free upgrade to the Unlimited Version of his first purchase which is usually an annual subscription.

    Customer Service has attempted to contact this customer multiple times regarding complaint, however they have only been able to leave voicemails thus far. Will continue to attempt to reach customer. This customer has had access to the Insider Effect and Alpha Stocks since December of last year. The only real issue (per customer's own admission) is that he can't afford to take all of the suggested trades. When asked, the customer stated which trades he had participated in which were subsequently the losses experienced as of that time. Went over the track records with customer when speaking with him at the end of July to show that the programs are working exactly as expected with the winning trades when participated in fully.

    We're happy to work with the customer to resolve his issue and are open to making further accommodations but are not able to issue a full refund for a non refundable service he has actively used for the last 8 months.

    They have not tried to leave me any messages. I check my voice mail daily. No messages. It's clear to me this is the company's "MO". Just keep dishing out BS and not refunding someone when they are clearly unhappy about losing money on their trade recommendations. I am not using their service now nor have I since I called to complain. Why would I? Just means more money losses.

    They have no business integrity. Would rather imply and paint me out to be just a minor disgruntled customer. The first time I called I should have stuck to my guns and left. But they went on and on in slick sales pitches to not only get me to stay but amplify my gains by taking on a new service. They offered a discount. All part of a practice to induce people to stay long enough that they can simply claim you continue to use their service and are not entitled to a refund.

    Think before you sign on here.

    AFTER his original purchase and AFTER calling in about his dissatisfaction, and AFTER using the service to place trades, this client called in separately to purchase a 2nd product.

    He was not tricked or deceived into purchasing anything. 

    After using these products for over a year, which have no refund policy at all, after multiple accommodations on price and subscription length, with only his word that the products didn't work, he is now trying to refund both purchases. 

    The transactions were so long ago that we are not even able to electronically refund them. 

    The customer service *** just left him ANOTHER voicemail. 

    As stated before, if the client would like a further accommodation we can work with him, but he needs to respond back or communicate with the ***resentative.

    The business did not tell me everything I needed to know before I decided to give them my money. When I watched their web seminar before joining the following were not told me. The didn't tell me I would have to spend more money in addition to what I have already paid. They didn't tell me that I would have to spend more money to hire a broker. They didn't tell me I would have to spend more money on shares of stock which I thought the money I have paid took care of the cost. They didn't tell me I would have to open a brokerage account and would have to wire money which will also cost more money. They didn't say in the video that refunds were not allowed either verbally or in writing. The only place it is seen is when the page of commonly asked questions is shown and it is not pointed out and is only on the screen for a split second. This had to be pointed out to me when the video of the webinar was sent to me or else I wouldn't have even known it was there. They also didn't tell me I would have to spend a lot of time analyzing stocks. This is a link of the seminar I watched **************************************************************. If you click on it it will ask for my first name, last name and email address which I believe you already have from this message. When I watch the video I don't see many or all of these issues addressed. When I asked them questions before joining I was lied to. I was told I wouldn't have to spend additional money after paying the initial $1,997.00 and they made it sound so easy. I was also told I wouldn't get that many text alerts on my phone and when I did anything on my computer it would only take 5 minutes. I also know absolutely nothing about stocks and am terrified making my own decisions. Please consider that I was not told all of the information need to make an informed decision before deciding to give them my hard-earned money. Please help me get my money back or at least give me a solution to get it back.

    I want a refund of the money that I paid which is  $1,997.00 because I wasnt told up front all of the additional expenses I would have to pay.  They refuse to give me my money back even though the web seminar they had me watch there was no official disclaimer saying refunds were never offered. When I called I think the persons name was *************** was told if I decided I wanted to back out of this and get my money back I could.  The money was paid on February 21.  1 or 2 weeks later when I looked at the videos that I had to watch only after paying the money and having my own account I was given additional information from the videos from signing into my account about all of the additional money I will have to pay such as paying for a broker, brokerage fees, stocks costing $100 a share, cost of wiring in money to the brokerage account. I was never told this upfront before signing up.  The name of the company is either Traders Agency or Insider effect.  When I asked them for a refund I had to sign up to have someone call me 5 days later named ***** who told me they would not give me a refund.  They didnt tell me all of the information I needed to know before purchasing their service and lied to me on the phone and now they refuse to refund my money.  If you have any other questions please get back to me.

    Thank you for forwarding this complaint. We take customer service and satisfaction very seriously here at Traders Agency so it was very unfortunate that we got your correspondence about a customer who was dissatisfied with their experience. 

    We sell an informational product with actionable stock and investing ideas. As soon as someone purchases, they get access to the product the same day including all open trading ideas with specific entry/exit points. They also get access to additional trading ideas as they become available, usually 1-2 per month. Because a user gets access to the product immediately we do not offer refunds. A person could purchase, get access to the current trading ideas, and then refund so we explicitly state on the order form and in the sales presentations that there are no refunds for this product and explain the reasons why.  

    Some clients take the trading ideas and simply place the trade as it was sent out in their own brokerage account with live money. Some clients use these trading ideas as the starting point for their own research and may chose to place the exact trade or modify the trade as they wish. Still other traders take the trades we send out and place them in practice demo accounts to learn how to trade without risking any funds until they are confident enough to use a real money brokerage account. What they do with the information they buy from us is really up to them. We are selling an informational product only and don't trade any client money and don't deal with any brokerage accounts. There is almost no way that he understood that we were an investment service and we would be investing his money. There is a disclaimer at the beginning of all presentations that the sales presenter reads out loud that explicitly states we are not an investment company, we will not invest any money for you. The sales presentation explicitly covers all of this information and explains that you need to choose how much you will invest in these opportunities based on your risk tolerance and how much you have to invest. 

    We have reached out this client several times and he has not been responsive. He was never lied to, and even though the client has agreed to the terms, used the product, and does not qualify for a refund, we have processed a refund electronically in the hopes of helping him out.

    I see no evidence that I have gotten a refund.  I have an email message from April 25 regarding a refund but when I check my account there has been no refund deposited nor do I see any sign of a refund when I check my credit card and I am also still getting alerts on my cell phone and in my email.

    Regarding the rest of what has been said here by Traders Agency I don't have time to address all of the inaccuracies.  I have replied to every message they have sent to me through my email the last one being March 11 or before.  I just want my money back and be done with it.

Well **************** says he can provide a better lifestyle by follow and learning from his classes and winning trades w/alerts. I didn't get any alerts until about 2 months in with multiple email service attempts. So, i would always miss out i thought by placing a new trade. Every time I did i would lose hundreds of dollars. every time I contacted Traders Agency for help and mentor me, I was told and pressured, tricked to signing up for another service that would be better to fit my needs. Well less than a week later I still was getting no results. The last subsection I was tricked and told this would be the service to help all my needs called Insider Effect. where he can tell where what stoke will take off by follwing insider such as CEO, CFO, etc. so I chardged the last fee on my cc. too my suprise nothig new at this point Ive had like 7 winning trades out of about each service on avrg would proivide out of like 29 were loser. I kept records which has since been taken cleaned up off is website to not show his true ratio this year. ask me to provide list and I will provide. ************************* his mgr. must told me to he can help me out after *** expained my experience with Traders Agent and seemed apologetic and said he can help me 1 on 1 if I would **** Private Access. for an additional $10,000.00 that's when I had it with dealing with this company. I recently just sent in cancel and refund msg. on the website as its not an option.
