    Store in mount pleasant has a manager name Kareem... doesn't care about you the customer once you have bought something. Has lied for 10 weeks and won't give me his direct manager. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and will spread the word about Kareem and the company awfulness

    Customer Service is HORRIBLE, We are retired and just spent $6,100 on the Captiva collection in Melbourne, FL in October 2022. After only 4-1/2 months of being on our covered lanai and not moved at all and "gently" used, the wicker is coming unwound underneath. We live in a retirement community and don't have a pickup truck to transport it to the store to be repaired. Store Manager, Carter, who really pumped up the sale prior to purchase said they can come and pick it up for a $100 charge (only 15 minutes away). No thank you Palm Casual. We should have went to Costco, Home Depot or Lowes and got quality furniture for less $$. HUGE disappointment!!!!! Shame on us for not doing our due diligence on their LACK of Customer Service. For a $1600 wicker sofa, it should last longer than 4 1/2 months!!!!

    I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible product quality. I bought breezesta outdoor furniture thinking with a lifetime warranty, how could I go wrong. Every piece has either split in two where it was screwed together, or the flat surfaces (chair arms & tabletops) have delaminated and curled to make very sharp barbs to scratch your arms. On top of that I’ve had no help at all from their Rockledge store. When I call for status update, the lady acts like she’s an advocate but I’ve caught her in several lies. The last time she pawned me off to the manufacturers rep that will never contact you back. I want to load up all my broken furniture and dump it in front of their store to let others know to stay away! You’ve been warned.

    Palm Casual what can I say except I am extremely disappointed. Back in the 90s your product lasted forever. Now in 2022 I am still disputing my horrible furniture I purchased at your Waterford location in Orlando. I have had my table replaced 2 times, my "slim line" PVC literally fell apart the fabric dry rotted, the PVC legs are cracked and all your company says is WE can replace each one for $100.00. I feel like dropping it off at your front door so everyone can see it. And you can keep your product and sorry we spent our money with you! And yes, please show my name I'd be happy to tell others!

    We are sorry to hear about your experience. As you know we have been in business since 1978 selling and servicing our product whenever a need arises. We repair any PVC pipe and fittings, resew any seams, add filler to cushions, all 'free of charge'. That has been our policy for over 42 years. I understand we replaced your table top in 2020 'free of charge'. The slings on your chairs and love seat can be replaced. Please bring your furniture to our factory at 3100 North John Young Parkway, Orlando, 32804. We can evaluate it better in person and get you taken care.
