I am writing to file a formal complaint against *****/*** regarding a fraudulent account opened in my name. This account was opened without my knowledge or consent, and it is causing significant damage to my credit score and financial stability. Below are the details of the fraudulent account:Account Name: SYNCB/PPC Account Number: ************ Open Date: August 7, 2018 High Credit: $5,325 As a victim of identity theft, I have taken all appropriate actions, including notifying *****'s fraud department, yet this fraudulent account remains on my credit report. This account continues to negatively impact my credit and financial well-being.SYNCB/PPC's failure to promptly remove this fraudulent account is unacceptable and a violation of my rights. I demand the immediate removal of this account from my credit report. If this issue is not resolved within 15 days, I will escalate the matter to the ************************************ (****), the ************************ (***), and other relevant regulatory bodies. Additionally, I will pursue all available legal remedies to seek compensation for the damages caused by this fraudulent account.I expect *****/PPC to take full responsibility and resolve this issue without further delay. Please confirm that the fraudulent account has been removed from my credit report and that a thorough investigation has been conducted.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
