5 starsI have been using AutoPayPlus for the better part of 3 years now on 2 different vehicle loans and I cant say how satisfied I am with their service. From paying my loan down ahead of time to transferring credit towards a new account they make things so simple. If you need to place a hold on a payment all you need to do is send a text message and it will instantly stop charging your account. If you are looking to build equity quickly and save money on interest this is the program for you. I refinanced my vehicle loan and shockingly there were no fees or penalties. I am extremely happy with making the decision to let these people work for me. Every customer service *** I have had the pleasure of speaking with has been helpful and very friendly. 1 starI am trying to cancel my account with this company and after it taking two days to schedule a call, they never called. Im at my wits end with these people. Now I have to contact my bank to prevent them debiting my account. Beware when you buy a car. This company is no good! Their fees are more than youd ever save.AutoPayPlus by US Equity Advantage

5 starsI tried out AutoPayPlus in 2023, when we purchased a 2023 ******* and foremost, my lovely wife habitually burns through cars about every 2-3 years via mileage so these purchase stints are short-lived. One benefit of using AutoPayPlus is how they split the monthly payment, this refactors and reduces the interest paid in a traditional monthly payment plan that over these last few years worked in our favor to when we traded in, we owed significantly less for payoff than if we had taken the traditional monthly payment route. Happy to say picking up a 2025 ******* to ***lace the 2023, was a quick, easy, and simple call to swap out cars. The *** I talked to, ****, was very nice, answered all my questions, made sure the trade in was cancelled from the account, switched funds over.. and overall, just took care of it.. Have to say it was very much a positive and solid experience she provided. For those unclear about what makes AutoPayPlus a benefit, dealing with lender changes, I now dont have the headache of navigating through a new lenders way of doing things, adjusting our life to their rigid payment structure, etc.. AutoPayPlus helps maintain the consistency of how you manage your finances while maximizing savings on interest across the life of a loan compared to traditional banking ************ opinion AutoPayPlus is worth checking it out, so far in the few years I've had them, they've been a company that does what they say they'll do, and have not pulled some bait and switch nonsense while you're not looking.
