    2 yrs later still have termites. Have to get house tented. I plan to sue as this guy has given me the run around over & over again. Never got the mosquito treatment that was included. Once the contract was signed he said mosquito treatment really didn't work anyway. Examined attic entrance during estimate but after contract was signed he said he couldn't get up there. When I told him he said it was no problem on estimate, he managed. Gave me 2 days notice that I would have to put down new flooring to cover the poison on my wood floors, an extra $4000 expense.

    This customer failed to do any of the required preparations which were explained and agreed to in writing before we began. un her own complaints she admitted to her unwillingness to do the preparation and I went out of my way to try and do the treatment according to the terms. she is complaining about allowing me a very limited access to treat the wood in her house, blatantly refusing to fulfill her obligations and wants to blame this company for what she failed to do. i can only treat what the customer has allowed to be done as I'm not a God and can't force anyone to do anything they don't want to do.
