            On 9/15/2021, 2pm, I used the grooming services with this company for the first time. The reviews were high and the company looked like a reputable company that did good work. My dog, a white, Cocker Spaniel, was not groomed for some time, since I left him with family friends, and had some matting on his coat. My spouse and I, spoke with the owner, Laura, and relayed this information. After several hours, we noticed in the evening that our dog was uncomfortable. Next to and below his ears, we noticed how the groomer cut so close to this area that she cut his skin and caused razor burn. Nothing was shared about this, since he has long ears for his breed. I followed up with a phone call on 9/16 and left a voicemail, requesting to speak with the owner. I did not get a call back until 9/17, from the manager-Crystal. She never called back and I called her, but the only solution was see my Vet.
