We bought the PetSpy remote training collar about two (2) weeks ago. We charged the collar and the transmitter like the instructions say. The collar worked great for three days. After we charged it again the collar would not turn on. When we pressed the button on the collar, the red light would flash exactly ten (10) times and stop. The green light never comes on. The order # is **********. The model # is p-620B.

On July 16, 2023, I purchased nail clippers, with quick sensor, for my dog and I paid $15.74. When I received the clippers I looked for the "quick sensor". Apparently, Petspys advertisement is false, because there is not a quick sensor on the clippers. I emailed them on July 19th, asking them where is the quick sensor and how does it work. See picture attached. They emailed me back and said it was little piece of metal, they called a guard, in the middle of the clippers. I have a black Chihuahua with black nails and it cost me $29.00 to get the vet to clip his nails. I needed a clipper with a sensor so i wouldn't accidentally cut the quick. I told them in another email (see attached) tbat i wantedto send them back and be refunded. They said.i had to.pay for shipping, which I had already paid to ge them. Instead, they sent me an email stating they refunded me $10.79, instead of the full amount I paid, $15.74. I want all of my money back and a prepaid shipping label from Petspy to send them back. The email from Svetlana M********** said she was fully refunding the money they charged me, which was a lie, in an email dated July 19th and I still have not received a refund.
