              My new employer's health insurance uses Magellan RX. I have secondary insurance through ******* due to my spouse's military service. Magellan RX has denied both of my subscriptions. They have sent Tremfya denial letter, but have not sent a denial letter for my Wegovy. My secondary insurance will cover those medications but require a letter from my primary insurance company stating that they will not cover the meds. That letter MUST be faxed to ************ ATTN: OHI Team. I have made 6/7 attempts to get this information faxed. I have called 3/4 times requesting not only that they fax the denials to Tricare, but that they mail me a copy of the Wegovy denial letter. I have used their Contact Us messaging service 3 times with the same requests. I have not gotten any kind of response from them.

              If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to deal with this incompetent organization for over a month now. I have probably dealt with no less than 10 people. Each pointing fingers and other organizations trying to work for me. They expect me as a patient to be the middle person. They tell me I need to resolve the hold up with these people but do not tell me what the hold up is. One girl even told me to pick a specialty pharmacy and when I asked who she said "I guess I can ****** one for you..." No one communicates. It was the worst experience ever. I had to have another company ********** get on the line with us to show them they were wrong. After being on hold for what seemed like forever, they finally agreed that they made the mistake. This has been going on for weeks now. Today I get a text saying its ready and to schedule my delivery, when I call they again claim that its still on hold because of Paid Health. This company is full of incompetent people and BS excuses and there should be an overhaul. Especially when you are dealing with peoples medication. Maybe they are just hoping you die before you can get it.
