              On 4/8/2024, a Home Choice Service technician arrived at my house and replaced the garbage disposal per AHS Warranty dispatch # *********. The business committed to provide me a service and they were not contracted to break anything in my home. In the process of changing the garbage disposal, the Home Choice Service technician failed to reconnect my faucet properly and I have no water. I contacted Home Choice Service and they refused to repair what they broke and told me to place a new work order with AHS again. After calling AHS, they refused to cover the damage caused by Home Choice Service. I seek resolution to the damage caused by this company by Home Choice Service.

              Incompetent plumber. My 45 year old condo stem/knob broke and which is normal wear and tear and this idiot put down it was abuse because we needed to use a pliers to try and fix it and shut it off till we figured out how to shut the main at the street. Now hes hitting us up for $500. I have a AHS warranty but I assume AHS pays then a fraction whereas the consumer can be gouged by the plumber. This plumber outsources calls to the ***********, which everybody knows their customer service representative ****. I asked to speak to the owner who hides behind these robots speaking Filipinos. This company has 87 one star reviews on yelp. That should speak volumes!! *** asked for a second opinion which they will come out in five days that I have to be inconvenienced and then I have to wait most likely initial five days or so for the part.

              Please refer any question to your warranty company. Tenants admitted using pliers to open and close the shower valve for weeks. Our workers are from ***, ***********, ***********,************* and other places. If you don't like them for any reason please find another company. We love our beautiful USA and all we have including the chance of working with such a diverse team. Thank you
