      The service from this company it is not good at all, 0 communication. I hired this company to service my pool, since they installed the pool pump, when we purchased our house in Florida last year. Since we got the house, this pump is giving us problems. 3 months ago, we signed a contract with them and so far, the pump hasn't not been fixing and the pool service they are giving to the pool is not good, the pool water it is turning green, the whole summer our family was unable to use the pool. Several emails had been send, searching for answers, but no answers, I had to go directly to the com,pany speak with the Manager who told us that we will give us an update at the end of the day yesterday, but this didn't happen, and the only response is that we need to wait on the pump warry company, to come to our home and check the pump, meanwhile we're supposed to pay them $135 monthly for a service that is not compliance with the contract.
